Experiencia fantástica: Hands down one of the best physical therapy experiences I’ve had, thorough and effective treatment. Staff is awesome and always greeted me with a smile. I was seen for a herniated L5 disc, I had numbness in my left foot and plenty of pain. Within a couple months of treatment twice a week by the staff I’m now back to my normal life and I couldn’t be happier with the care knowledge and encouragement I received from everyone there. Definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a Veteran with chronic knee pain. I love running ever since I was young. My primary care said I have arthritis of the knees and it will be difficult for me to run again. I asked for a PT referral from the VA and I ended up going to Sports PT in Lake Stevens. Dr. Hughes and his team did an amazing job in rehabilitating my knees. They were very engaged and reassuring in reaching my goals. Even the front desk secretary, Liz will make sure you are squared away with your appointments. There are times I didn’t want to show up to my appointment cause it hurts. Though I have to say, Dr. Hughes will provide you the tools you need, all you need to do is put in the work. I’m happy to say, after 15 sessions and extra work, I’m able to run again, pain free! I appreciate Dr. Hughes and his team of professionals who helped me recover from my knee pain. I highly recommend going to Sports PT.

Not only are they focused on your healing process but they truly care and verify you’re fine throughout the entire process. Always fun and exciting when you get there, feels like family business.
