Experiencia fantástica: even with all the healthcare challenges throughout the region, Avamere Rouge Valley has some of the friendliest, hardworking staff in the area! I can personally recommend this facility for most skilled nursing needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall experience at Medford Rehab was extremely positive. Staff was professional and caring, attentive to the needs of patient and family. The facility is not modern or fancy but adequate. Food was surprisingly better than typical institutional food and the kitchen manager and nutritionist did their best to accommodate personal taste and preferences. The Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist were all outstanding in their attention to safety and helping meet personal goals without overdoing physical exertion. Nursing staff - in particular, Jennifer, Tiffany, Diana and Debra - made sure meds were on time and immediately checked with the doctor when changes were requested by the patient. CNA staff - most especially Adam, Pablo, Sara, Chrystal and Mindy - made all the difference in the stay at Medford Rehab, going beyond the expected norm to make the patient comfortable and safe. The only complaint is that some shifts seemed to be understaffed and thus response time to call button was sometimes delayed. If we needed another stay in rehab or nursing home, we would choose Medford Rehab.
