Experiencia fantástica: I just had a baby six months ago. I had some major birth trauma that almost cost me my life. After all of that, I sustained prolapse. A friend told me about Elle and Mobility Innovated. From the first time I talked with her, Elle was validating and really encouraging and hopeful I could get better if I put in the work. I was so surprised that I could begin to see positive results fairly quickly without having to do too much. I’m a stay at home mom and was still recovering from my birth and also had a newborn and a six year old, so I didn’t have a lot of time. At first it was so hard to get to my appointments, but as Elle and I worked together, I truly began to feel so good doing something that was all for me! And honestly, working on myself and getting myself better benefits my whole family! Elle has been so gracious and flexible. My mom brings us to the appointments and watches the kids while Elle and I work together. She has always been open to having the kids come, which is so great. She’s warm and friendly and so kind! It’s also been incredible to have Elle do all the mental work of figuring out what exercises I should do and how much! If I have any concerns or need extra stretches to address the aches and pains of early postpartum recovery, Elle has had all kinds of help to offer! The app is incredible too! It reminds me of workouts, has videos of the exercises, and has all my appointments as well! It’s amazing! At this point, all the symptoms I came in with in the beginning are gone! Even though it’s only been six months, besides the baby and all the sleep deprivation, I don’t even feel like I gave birth six months ago. With all the core work, and especially the breath work, I really think that it’s helping me recover from the emotional aspects of my birth trauma as well! This was truly the BEST investment! As a busy mom who just wants to take care of her family, I’m so glad I have been able to partner with Elle to get better!

I’ve had hip pain off and on for 20 years, and her approach has been like none other. She is definitely on the cutting edge of the industry. The fact that she teaches up-and-coming physical therapist says a lot about her education and staying current in the industry. I would highly recommend Mobility Innovated.. You’ll be a better and stronger version of your self!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had shoulder mobility issues for years and after a couple of months of working with Elle it has improved greatly. I’m lifting more with less pain and my gymnastics are better than ever. I have learned so much from her in a short time about my own body and how to manage it. This knowledge will help me maintain long after I stop seeing her. Worth every penny!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful I connected with Elle at Mobility Innovated. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. When I began my PT visits with Elle I was in a lot of pain and deeply discouraged after 6 months of no real progress and many doctor visits. Through education, hands on guidance, and feedback I am now moving again! Elle designs a program unique to each person's needs and issues (never once just handing me a handout of generic exercises!). You won't regret investing in your health this way. She is worth every penny!

Experiencia fantástica: I met Elle at my gym, while she and her husband were giving a mobility seminar. At the time I was working with a physical therapist after surgical repair of my left quad tendon, but felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. I decided to give Elle a try. Great decision. My knee is nearly at full range, and getting stronger every day. Her guidance has been invaluable. Physical therapy is highly collaborative. So, I really liked Elle’s on boarding process. She asks what your goals are and tailors her treatment accordingly. She listens, and adjusts each session commensurate with what your body and energy will take, that day. If your want to move like you did or better before an injury, I can’t recommend Elle enough.
