Courtyard Nursing Care Center

Experiencia fantástica: My cousin was recently there for 2 weeks and we could not have been happier with the level of care from the mgmt, the patient advocate and the nursing staff. Even after he was discharged they continued to communicate and be helpful. My cousin reports the food was OK too.

Experiencia fantástica: My overall experiences at Courtyard have been positive. The staff are courteous and very attentive to my mother’s care. My questions are always answered or I am directed to someone who can help me. Jean, Junie, Rose, Gichard, Sebastian have become like family to me. And the cleaning person, Tsering, has always been friendly and kind. The atmosphere is very welcoming with decorations for the holidays. It was very difficult to place my mom in long term care, but I know I made a good choice with The Courtyard.

Experiencia fantástica: I only volunteer here. Staff is friendly and able to help with my requests when a resident needs something. Staff is generally available and willing to help. The staff I have interacted with are friendly, and really go above and beyond to help the residents, even if they don't speak that resident's language. They do what they can to provide comfort, care, and support.
