Experiencia negativa: Kelly Taylor should not be working here calling the police on a law abiding citizen for just holding a camera. And she’s lying just to put him in trouble. She’s unprofessional and she can put our lives in danger by lying to the police to make them shoot us. She needs to be held accountable

Experiencia negativa: I saw the video of Norcalcopwatch. Kelly Taylor, a public servant, lied to a member of the public. How can we trust her if she casually lying. Public office is a public trust! 1 star is for the supervisor, Leslie in Registration Dept, who helped Norcalcopwatch with his FOIA request.

Experiencia negativa: Miracle Bennett is the reason I'm giving my visit a 2 star. She had the most miserable look on her face. When I sat down at the registration desk her computer monitor blocked the window so I could barely see her. I heard a voice say " can I get your address" I didn't realize it was her, until she yanked the monitor to the side and with a irritated look said" can I get your address" I gave it to her and she shoved the monitor back over to block the window. She hands the stickers to me and mumbles to me where to go. As I found my way to where I was suppose to go I was met by two very nice employees. Greg and the cute, petite, short black hair Asian women. They were great I get it we all have our days I hope this was Mircles and she doesn't act like this everyday.
