Experiencia negativa: Staff here are not responsive to the patient’s, My dad pulled out his Trach twice now, He had to be sent to the ER, They have to many unqualified staff screwing around with his tracheostomy…Theses place do nothing but cause further Pain and damage, Each time this happens it’s further brain damage, but they act like it’s nothing… I will be putting in a complaint.

Experiencia negativa: This place stinks as soon as you walk in every time I come to visit , “How is this place passing their inspection” It’s ran down and depressing… They don’t have enough staff, They neglect answering the call button all the time, They don’t properly check vitals, No Real doctor here, Case management is not professional what so ever, No real oversight at this place… A few CNA’S And RN’s are Nice but the rest pathetic and Rude… the males nurses here are the rudest towards the patients….. They should shut this place down for the horrible homeless looking beds alone, No side rails to protect fragile patients, Food served here beyond basic.

My dad has a lot of needs and the entire team was able to meet them with a consistent and positive attitude. The staff are great to work with and it is obvious that they care about their work and residents. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My aunt moved in here and I was being questioned if this right place because of the reviews. To Each their own. Bay Area is horrible parking almost everywhere. This place has local eatery places, safe to walk around neighborhood when visitors need to decompress. Thankful for places and people who genuinely care. Definitely not the hospital but the care is adequate. Managers have tended to all concerns promptly. She’s going home soon. 5 stars because my aunt is not someone who is easily dealt with. ( demanding, rude and sometimes yells) shout out to Sharmain and Sherry. Check the place out yourself don’t just depend on someone’s perspective who probably doesn’t visit as much as I do.

Experiencia negativa: My rating would be more of a 4 star if the rating was for staff only, Sherry, Naveen are great!!! But 0 to 1 star out of 5 for the facility Please avoid this place, we moved our loved one from there in 2 hours of reaching there and I am SO glad we did that. 1. Cleanliness - 1/5 2. Equipment - 0/5 - missed bell for patients, forget about TV, no side rail on the bed to cater risk of fall, night stand chipping away, room filled with stinky materials that can be removed 3. Dialysis inhouse - equipment looked 50 year old and no idea who does it. 4. Smell/Odor - please turn on ventilation or open the windows for fresh air Could not see my parent there, maybe its an expectation thing but will openly call this place depressing.

Not going to lie the food can use improvement some times it's really good and a lot of times it's gross however I'm not here for the food and they let you order stuff and bring it to your room. As for the care is worth five stars

Experiencia positiva: Windsor Rosewood an Honest Review Any place will have its ups and downs and every resident has their own needs. I have been around a few different care homes and can ultimately say Windsor Rosewood Care Center is a good care center. My loved one has been here for 4 years. Issues have been minimal and the ones that have come up have been addressed in a timely manner. Communication and being involved in the residents care is essential. Growing pains are bound to happen but the staff truly embodies the ability to work as team. Not just with each other but with family members too. Every single staff member, nurse, CNA, RT, physical therapist and speech therapist cares about the residents greatly. They consistently go above and beyond for the residents and family members. The staff will share fun and funny stories about my loved one and things they have noticed about her personality. They love to see her laugh and enjoy having conversation with her. They care when her mood is low and know that brushing her hair, styling is a certain way or spending an extra few minutes and helping her put on the "pretty smelling lotion" will bring a smile to her face. The nursing staff does have a lot on their plates every day and are only human. They are in charge of caring for more people then we could ever imagine. I do wish that the administration would work out a way to have a floater to help with the work load the nurses and CNAs have. Sometimes an extra pair of hands is all it takes to help things run a little more smoothly. The carehome offers fun interactive events like puppet shows, garden parties and movie nights to name a few. They have two garden areas to enjoy. There are family dinner nights as well as other family bonding activities. Every night I am able to go to sleep knowing my loved one is being cared for and is safe. I appreciate every member of the staff at Windsor. I don't think they get enough recognition for all they do for our loved ones.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been here for a year, LOVES the nurses and the food! As one of the person just posted “people go here to die” is SO ridiculous! There aren’t ANY negatives in a year since she’s been there. She can socialize, get picked up and taken out by family and friends. We can hang out with her whenever we want in her room or out on the patio and the place is VERY clean! She’s 90 and still a spitfire she just can’t walk due to breaking her hip. Us 3 adult children are comfortable and happy because she is safe, very well taken care of and she likes it there. Sincerely, Kelly Del Monte (daughter)

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE OR THEY WILL DIE! The NEGLECT FOR THE PATIENTS HERE IS ASTONISHING! My aunt basically signed a death sentence by coming here. Please DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE positive reviews!!!! My aunt would consistently get ignored and would never get attention when she pressed her CALL BUTTON! I and múltiple family members had to physically got out and get a nurse to change her until the nurse got FED up and taught us how to clean her. Keep YOUR LOVED ONES IN A HOSPITAL NOT HERE FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR HEALTH AND SANITY! This is not a place for rehabilitation this is a place where people go to DIE! The social worker who kept up with my aunt had to change one of the nurses who would interact with her BECAUSE HE WAS ABUSIVE and ROUGH when it came to cleaning her infected wounds. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO A BETTER PLACE AND NOT IN CLOSENESS OUT OF CONVENIENCE! Save yourself the funeral expenses and keep Your loved one ALIVE PLEASE !!!!

If you are looking for a skilled nursing facility this is the place to be. You need to tour, meet the team and I am positive that you will have an outstanding experience.

Experiencia negativa: I won't share what happened to my parent whilst wasting away here. I was lied to and slowly watched my mother die! I was fighting for her life while she lay there for days on end. Thank God, she asked for help, and the one and only angel who worked there got her out! Thank you M!!!

Experiencia negativa: They are good with the patience however if you call to check on your loved one and they tell you they will Call You back they never do. In the evening they don't even answer the phone. Called all day over 9 calls to no responce

Experiencia negativa: I had called to schedule a video visit so my son (who hasn't seen his grandpa in months) and I could visit with him. I requested for Saturday, but was told by the scheduler they couldn't do it for that day because the assistant didn't know how to set it all up. Umm maybe train her? So then I was scheduled for Sunday at 10. I call 10 minutes before just to make sure it was locked in. I get immediately put on hold and wait 20 minutes with no response. I called back with no answer 3 times. Finally the receptionist answered sending me to the nurses. They said they would let the cna know, but no call back. Also I have to note they do not give my dad a diet according to his needs and neglect the fact he has uncontrolled diabetes.

Experiencia negativa: Today made appt for 1:30pm. Didnt have her ready so we could take her out. Had to wait half hour before she was ready. She looked better this time since we advised them to take her off pain medication. Shes more alert and responsive. I think in the beginning they were more attentive. As time goes on they just dont care. They lose wheel chairs, legs from wheel chairs even if you have the name and room number on them. Her right leg is turned in and looks like it cant be straightened out. She has a blister on her lip that wasnt there before and a bruise on her cheek. They dont know how she got that. They dont rotate her enough

Experiencia negativa: A loved one was sent here from the hospital. While waiting my sister in law saw a rat run across the hallway right in front her. When I got there, all the patients I saw looked dirty. As if no showers or any kind of hygiene what so ever. It was disgusting, disturbing and sad all at the same time. Needless to say. We DID NOT leave our loved one there. I will be contacting better business bereau and heath authorities.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom was a patient at Windsor for about two months until her passing last week ago. During her stay the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. During my Mom’s last days she was transferred to a private room and a family member was allowed to stay with her 24 hours and the family was allowed to visit at any time. Olga, the administrator, was always there for us and did her outmost to make my Mom as confortable as possible. We are very thankful to the staff who helped my Mom during her stay: Olga, Lisa, Prims, Victoria, Diana, Ivianca, Jasmin, Mia, Wetsila and all the others members of the staff that went the extra mile to help out during those difficult times:thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could have 0 rate for this. This facility should be review by authorities. The long term care is a place that you don’t let your self let alone your helpless loved ones. Negligence even can’t describe it. Literally no physical care, emotional support I even find some of the LVN’s try to shush the crying resident. If you have an open wound or tube that is the worst place to be. My heart just shattered to see them in sad environment physically and emotionally. The smell you can’t handle it. You can see that the residents has not been clean well forget about shower. No regulation on infection control. I even have seen cockroach through the hall when the night shift food cart left there. No proper training. I have never seen a facility like this in my life time. How can a human treat a human like this? This place should be reviewed by the state. Please don’t put your loved ones here. I called it the HOUSE OF MISERY! Where is value and dignity of a human go I will not forget the beautiful souls that I met there while I was working for few times. I am so sorry for them.

Experiencia negativa: They suggested and offered to make arrangements for a Video Visit on Mother's Day--3 days in advance. Suddenly it was cancelled...When? 10 minutes before it was to happen...O well: Life Happens. "Happy Mother's Day"❣❣ post script: 5 weeks later my mother passed away. THEN we were invited to come to the Hospital and View her. How meaningful it would have been While she was Yet Alive(!) to have a visit--for her to hear our voices, feel our touch, see our faces and vice-versa. Evidently, the pandemic causes logic, decency, thoughtfulness and INGENUITY to dissipate in some. HOPE any of you with loved ones entrapped in situations where FAMILY VISITS are disallowed, even cyber-visits(!) are not supported or provided, that you will continue to think on, love and pray for them because the outcome doesn't have to be so bleak---Praying Grace that your outcomes are better

Experiencia negativa: Let me start off by saying do not put your love one here. My mom spend 2weeks here and ended up with pneumonia and strep. She had a fever 2weeks straight. They kept trying to give her oxygen on a deflated trach. My mom now has been in the hospital for 2weeks. I recommend no one put your loved ones here.

Experiencia fantástica: The attendants are knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to speak to the head nurse about my relative's problems. The food menu is appealing. I didn't notice any dirty floors or sanitation problems.

I love this place!!! from the RTs to the sanitation/laundry employees, the administration. . I love them all. You can rest at ease leaving your loved one here. I guarantee it.

Experiencia negativa: Doesnt even deserve one star This place is one of the worst places for your loved one to go too my grandma hasn't been there more then 24 hours they didn't give her pain meds or turn her she on a ventilator to breathe and everytime the call button was pushed nobody answered or came to help unless you physically had to get a nurse which there would be 4 of them just talking among themselves and not even responding when you can hear the call button clearly going off and had the feeding tube connected but forgot to turn it on there no love or comfort in this place please be aware of this awful place before you decide to place your loved in this facility the staff are not tentive and warm they ignore and could care less about the elderly which this place is the last place you would want your loved one to go too.

Experiencia negativa: This place is terrible. Honestly if there was option to give it no stars i would. My grandmother has been sick in icu for over two months the doctors said she was ready to be moved to a new facility. In not even in the 16 hours she was there she went to hell. Before she came there she was in a stable condition and responsive. She had terrible care there. The so called nurses forgot to give her medication on time and had her sitting in pain. Not only that she was forced to sit in her own urine because it wasn't deemed to be a emergency. I took nurses over 15 minutes to come whenever we pushed the button for assistance. This isn't a place to send your loved ones to get better. That is the place to do the exact opposite. I wouldn't even put my dogs there for care cause surely that would be abuse and neglect. Take into mind my experience with this awful place before you make your decision to put your loved one there.
