I’m originally from Queens, NY, but then lived in Boston and Long Beach CA where I earned my Master’s Degree in physical therapy at the University of Southern California. (USC)

I hold certifications in Integrative Manual Therapy and Lymphedema. (Complete Decongestive Therapy) I bring a lot of knowledge and experience to my patients at Carlson Procare.

Some things patients deal with that I strive to improve are ROM, strength, balance, and decrease pain to enable patients to return to their previous level of function. The conditions I enjoy treating are orthopedics, chronic pain, and lymphedema.

I have been an employee of Carlson ProCare since 2001., and take pride in our office which provides one-on-one quality care and expertise in a nurturing environment.

When I’m not at work, I love to hike and read a good book. I love cooking and experimenting with new foods. I love yoga, and getting out and traveling!
