If ever I need to reschedule or make a change to RX dates, due to vacations or working out of town, they've always made the contacts and returned my calls in a timely manner. Tami and Ashley have always been pleasant, thorough, and kind. IPM&R has been a caring and comforting place to work with in a difficult situation. They have earned my trust & given me hope through the highest level of care I have received in the past 3 months. I had 2 foot operations in 7 months that created problems within my spine after a major fall last year I am getting the help and answers I have so badly needed for the past 1.5 yrs. I cannot even express how genuinely kind & professional Dr.Mildenstein & the entire staff have been.
