Experiencia fantástica: While recovering from a second ankle surgery, I ended up with a different PT to start and when that wasn't progressing like it should my doc switched me to Rock and Armor. I have worked with Katie and Chris for the past 11 months and have seen huge gains in my progress and ability to do everyday things again! I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for a great physical therapist because they are amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Rock & Armor Physical Therapy and Sports Performance absolutely "rocks"! They have an outstanding facility with a very professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff. My physical therapist and his assistants were attentive, encouraging, and committed throughout the journey from post-op to reaching the functional level I was aiming for. Since "graduating" from physical therapy I have been working out in group and one-on-one training sessions. My performance trainer focuses personal attention in the group sessions while providing challenging routines in a positive, encouraging environment. In my one-on-one training she took the time to evaluate my strength and fitness level, understand my personal goals, and continues to tailor a program around that. Getting stronger every day!

Experiencia fantástica: Rock and armor in Meridian was amazing! They were very attentive and worked diligently to discover what was causing my hip pain and were able to fix it! My physical therapist was Marissa and I would highly recommend her! Staff at the front desk was also amazing working with me on Insurance process. If you have any physical therapy needs, I would highly recommend rock and armor in Meridian!

Experiencia fantástica: Unsolicited review. I’ve been completing spinal neurosurgery PT rehab here for over 6 months — these guys don’t just get you back to a weak but “functional” level. They push and lift and inspire you to be the strongest and best version of yourself that you can be. Great therapists, top-notch facilities. Excellent collaboration between therapists. My husband and son also attend physical therapy here. If you’re looking for sports-specific rehabilitation, this is the best place we’ve ever experienced. In my opinion, the target demographic best serviced by this clinic would be teen and adult sports/orthopedic injury. Secondary target demographic- adult neurological physical therapy. Consider looking elsewhere if you are searching for pediatric or adult subacute neurological outpatient rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: My 13 year old daughter was referred to Rock and Armor by our Family doctor. She’d been having some right knee pain for quite some time. Brett has been absolutely amazing. He’s very kind and thorough and has helped her tremendously. Her knee pain is subsiding after only 3 weeks. We are very grateful for his time and to the whole staff for being so accommodating!!
