Experiencia fantástica: I met Pete at Boise Indoor Soccer. This spring and summer I was having a heck of a time moving properly from high hamstring tendinosis. Pete took a lot of time at indoor to assess the issue and show me a handful of effective strategies to diminish my pain and increase my movement. Something I wanted to throw him a shoutout for is his inclusion of educating me on the use of Nordic Hamstring Curls to fix my problem. I've been to several therapists for my issue and he's the only one to mention this game-changing exercise. Thank you, Pete! :-)

He is very kind and personable, taking the time to get to know his patients and get a good understanding of the issues I had been dealing with over several years. He quickly diagnosed my symptoms and provided the necessary treatments and rehabilitation exercises to give me relief and on the path to a full recovery!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent PT. So friendly and genuinely caring. Came to Pete off a referral due to chronic worsening back and neck pain that was hindering daily living in my 30s. First session he evaluated what could be the underlying cause and did some dry needling (which I was terrified to do but glad he did it), did some manual manipulation and stretches on the trouble spots, then gave me some take home daily stretches to start with. Immediately noticed improvement and further sessions continued to build on all that. I feel well equipped to deal with my underlying injuries and with Pete’s guidance have gotten back to doing the activities I wasn’t able to do before and become very active again. Thank you so much Pete! Highly recommended and I will continue to see him as needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Pete fit me into his schedule at the last minute (literally an hour after I called) for a shoulder injury during a climbing competition. He was very knowledgeable but also very attentive to my feedback and intuition, and relieved most of my pain in just one 45 minute session. If you have sport-specific issues that generic one-size-fits-all treatments don’t work for, Pete is the guy for you. Highly recommend for everyone, especially climbers!
