Fortunately, my journey to recovery was significantly improved, thanks to the outstanding care and expertise provided by Dr. Olsen and his team at Meridian Accident & Injury Center. From the moment I stepped into their facility, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Olsen's thorough assessment not only identified the symptoms related to my neck and back pain but also detected signs of a concussion that had gone unnoticed. This level of attention to detail and concern for my overall well-being impressed me greatly. Dr. Olsen's approach to treatment was exceptional. In addition to addressing my neck and back issues, he also referred me to other specialized professionals who played crucial roles in my overall recovery. This comprehensive approach ensured that all aspects of my health were taken care of, and as a result, my recovery progressed far faster than it could have otherwise. SIDE NOTE: The stress of paying for the medical bills while waiting for insurance was removed by signing with an attorney. I did not know of an attorney to work with but Dr Olsen was able to discuss several. The one I chose has been great to work with. All my bills have been deferred until the settlement is complete. This was a huge burden lifted and looked me to focus on complete recovery. The treatments I received at Meridian Accident & Injury Center were diverse and highly effective. The shock wave therapy, tens unit for home use, hand massage, and the unique "thumper" device, which felt like a superior version of a massage gun, were all instrumental in alleviating my pain and promoting healing. Moreover, Dr. Olsen's attentive nature and receptiveness to my feedback allowed him to fine-tune the treatments to suit my needs, making the experience even more personalized. I must also commend the staff at the Meridian Accident & Injury Center, who were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring.
