Ben grew up in the small town of Argyle in rural northwestern Minnesota. Ben was raised on a family farm by his father, a farmer, and his mother, a teacher, who instilled the importance of education and a great work ethic. He still has a strong thirst for knowledge in all subjects, especially solving back and neck problems, and he uses his example of work ethic to motivate his patients to reach their highest potential.

Ben attended the University of North Dakota (UND), receiving his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy with a Minor in Psychology. He then continued to The UND’s School of Medicine and Health Science, where he graduated with Honors and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. Ben’s thirst for knowledge did not stop with his graduation. He has attended numerous continuing education courses, passed high-level testing, and now is one of the valley's most highly certified Physical Therapists. Ben is excited to help his patients recover from their injuries and return to their daily lives without pain or limitations. Ben has worked almost his entire career at the Eagle Road location and became the Rehab Director in 2013. He enjoys all things competitive or outdoors, including sports, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding. He is married to his beautiful wife Amanda, an administrator at St. Joseph's elementary school and they have three amazing children together.

Brian grew up in Moscow Idaho and received his bachelors of science in Biology before heading south to Abilene Texas to get his doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduating in 2020 Brian has gone on to practice in multiple settings including hospital, neurology, and outpatient orthopedic and sports. His passion in the clinical setting is helping people return to an active lifestyle as well as treating chronic pain conditions such as low back pain and many others. In his free time, Brian enjoys going to the gym, hiking and backpacking, and playing the occasional volleyball and pick-up soccer game.

Blood Flow Restriction Training, also abbreviated as BFRT, is an innovative physical therapy treatment our therapists are utilizing that helps patients achieve greater strength gains while lifting lighter loads, thereby reducing the overall stress on the musculoskeletal system.

This Rehab Authority is awesome. Ben is one of the most caring and genuine physical therapist I have come across, and truly cares about his patients. His second in command, Finn, is one of the best therapy doggos I’ve met and really brings the whole office together. Danielle and Scott are awesome and help bring a smile to your face and can make you laugh while you’re working on getting better. Jackie rules and makes it easy to work is the this great office. I appreciate the knowledge of the staff and the consistency of the plans and exercises to help me get better after ankle surgery. It’s a laid back atmosphere but also professional with staff who knows what they are doing. I have been to other PT options and am glad that I switched! I will look forward to when they don’t have to see me as that will mean I am better and I so appreciate their commitment to getting me to that point.

I've had a great experience attending PT at Rehab Authority. I've worked with a number of the therapists and everyone has done an amazing job improving my mobility and decreasing my pain. Everyone is extremely friendly and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
