Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t be happier with the entire patient experience at Body Basics in Corona. My therapist(s), owner Scott, and his amazing assistant, Isela, have helped me navigate the realities of spinal stenosis, and my treatments indeed bring me relief from pain after each session. My condition is not going to improve without surgery, but that is something I’d like to avoid as long as humanly possible. I see the entire staff of therapists, assistants, and aides at work during each of my visits, and have observed that staff members are knowledgeable, personable, top-notch, supportive, caring, and a gifted team!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this clinic for a year and I must say I am always pleasantly greeted and welcomed with an smile every time I walk Amanda, Elaine and Angie genuinely care about the patients walking in. The clinic is well kept cleaned and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. Scott, Isela, Jose and Jessenia have really taken the time to helped me strengthen and grow through my rehabilitation after my stroke. I highly recommend this facility!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you enter the clinic and are greeted by the lady's in front, to the staff in back this place is top notch. Catherine's hands are phenomenal at relieving pain, & helping to restore my back to normal. The staff is friendly and professional. I have been to other clinics, this place is the best. Hannah has been awesome ensuring I stay on point with my work out. I am grateful to everyone here at Body Basics

Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending PT at Body Basics for 4 months now. Kathleen, Mark, Jose, and in essence the entire staff has been incredible to work with. They take the time to help me understand what happened with my injury, how to fix it, and truly care about healing the injury. Even the reception desk, Selena, is so personable. This is my first time attending PT and I had no idea what to expect after tearing my calf muscle. We are very close to the end of PT and it is healing up perfectly. If you are afraid of PT, don't be. I was and this team proved me wrong from day 1. I am thankful this was the place my insurance referred me to and although I don't want another injury to require PT, should it happen, I will have Body Basics at the top of my list. Thank you and your team for a professional and caring environment.

Experiencia fantástica: J. J. Has been perfect for me in my physical therapy. I have had pinched nerves on both sides of my back and she has helped relieve the pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Jorge has been exceptional in helping relieve pain and increasing mobility. I enjoy his professionalism, ability to get to the problem quickly and work it out at a pace that works for me. The exercises are well illustrated for me to successfully repeat at home. Experiencia fantástica: I had a total knee replacement aug 23. I went for 12 weeks afterwards and cannot praise this place enough. I went to corona location and was assigned to Jonny - i would give him 100 stars if i could. He encouraged me ,explained every thing in detail and really helped me make progress. And his assistant Ning was also a great guy - 100 stars! Really explained everything and again encouraged and explained everything. When i have my other knee done , i will return an request the same 2 people ! I thank you guys once again.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff and therapist are hands-on. You see your therapist at every visit, as opposed to other PTs in the area where you are seeing assistants at most visits.

Experiencia negativa: Have been using Body Basics for many years and they have always helped get and keep me moving. All good, until this AM - have always been on time or even early for appts. Left with plenty of time to get there today. Major freeway closure happened and called about 40 min prior to let them know i may be 5-10 minutes late. Receptionist said fine, she would let them know. A few minutes later she called back and said that they couldn't see me if i wasn't there AT my appt time. A bit surprised, to have that said to me, I said "so if i am there at 8:20 its ok, but if its 8:25 no?" she said correct. Some babble about short staffed - I had a pre set appointment - and thought I was being courteous by letting them know i would be a few minutes late. And there have been many times they called me to ask if they could move my appt so the therapist could leave early, and all but once i accommodated him. Something has changed here, and this confirms it - very sad.

I was referred to them through the VA and it has been a wonderful experience receiving treatment from Johnathan. He is very knowledgeable and knows his skill well. The front desk is also very kind and helpful in reminding me of my appointments.

Experiencia negativa: I went to BodyBasic for a calf issue and unfortunately will not be coming back. The PT that I worked with put so much force on my hurt calf that I woke up the next day unable to move with nerve pain tingling up and down my leg. I had to go to an ortho and get an MRI as a result of it, and the doctor mentioned that this was a direct result of the PT being careless and not trying to understand a new patients first reaction to the exercise. I will not be coming back here

Experiencia fantástica: I love Body Basics. I have been going here off and on for the last 3 years. I have been to a lot of physical therapy clinics in my life (over 15 years of physical therapy due to numerous injuries and recurring problems from them). The staff here is kind, engaging, and receptive to my input. They also work with me to ensure I get in for visits when it works into my schedule. I highly recommend this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: So on October 19th, 2018 I injured my bicep and shoulder had reconstruction surgery on my right arm. Was very skeptical about going to PT. If it weren't for Body Basics and my wonderful Physical Therapist Jorge I wouldn't have my arm today. I want to say thank you to Jorge and Nick at the Body Basics in Corona for all the help and talks. It was bittersweet when I left but, I left with a fully healed shoulder and bicep. I can finally lift again and hopefully lose all that fat from the bed rest recovery. Overall awesome place and team. I would give this place 6 stars instead of 5.

Jonny is super and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I have suffered from chronic back pain, after two surgeries, for the better part of two decades and finally I feel that with the program Jonny has created for me I am learning how to handle and cope with it.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a non-believer in physical therapy until low and behold, I injured my back and I found this place. I was in the most excruciating pain of my life and there was no solution. These people, unlike other medical offices, actually go the extra mile for patient care and quality. So me, the patient is going to rant and rave. Right now. From the moment I walked through their doors I felt important and taken care of, no matter how busy they were. The front office, particularly Victoria, are a bunch of firecrackers and very friendly. They will find a schedule for you, even with a busy patient such as myself. Katherine is a phenomenal Physical Therapist and she is not only amazing with her hands but she is an awesome and caring person as well, who will keep a good conversation and make you laugh. JayJay is her assistant and she pays attention to your needs and makes sure you do your exercises but is a gem of a person as well. I honestly believe if I would have went anywhere else I don't think I would have had the same results. So thank you, guys!

Experiencia fantástica: The minute you walk in you feel welcome by the reception staff. I never had to wait to begin my therapy. Jorge was my therapist and I can’t say enough about how skilled he is. He is also a very good person and caring guy. When I felt like crying because of the pain or discouraged at the progress, he always encouraged me. Nick and Marina, the assistant PT, are friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my progress after 7 months of having rotator cuff surgery.
