Experiencia fantástica: In the summer before my junior year of college, I broke my left humerus, my first ever bone injury, and an intense and debilitating injury at that. After being cleared from wearing a brace, I went to this facility for my PT. This was the best decision I made for the future of my arm. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Mike was my therapist. He was amazing, evaluating my arm and shoulder thoroughly, answering all my questions and walking me through step by step. He was clear with all the exercises for me to do, and I never really felt as if I wasn’t making progress. Every time I went for PT, I always felt that progress was made and that things were getting better. He gave thorough plans to follow, and made everything friendly to understand. I was officially discharged today and am proud to say that I feel so much better than when I first walked in. I initially had aching bone pain, very stiff shoulders and elbows, extremely weak and fatigued muscles. Now, I have an amazing range of motion and feel like everything is near normalcy now, and that is extremely relieving. I can soon return to the gym and be ready for college like nothing happened! Experiencia fantástica: I see Briannah As my PT here. After my third birth I didn’t think my hips and pelvis could get better and while I still have quite a bit of strengthening to do, I am doing so much better than when I first started. Physical therapy takes time and having a therapist that is so understanding and so great at what she does makes the world of a difference! If you are a woman especially looking for someone who is knowledgeable, caring and so amazing at what she does I highly recommend seeing bri!!!

Experiencia fantástica: As a " frequent flyer " at PT, I have worked with Jenny for the last 7-8 years. She is truly an advocate for her patients and really believes in assessing the whole person. She has been able to improve my gait, my strength , my pain level and my confidence in overcoming 2 total hip revisions. Jenny's positive attitude, friendly personality, and flexibility with scheduling has allowed me to receive the best care ever specific to my needs and encourages me to continue my recovery 4 years later! Recently, Amanda has been working on my neck and shoulders which are stiff and painful due to my constant computer use as a teacher. The dry needling techniques and stretches are slowly but surely loosening up my shoulders and lessing my pain. Her friendly yet professional manner has made my necessary visits something to look forward to this winter. Thanks so much ladies!

Experiencia fantástica: I have gotten knee surgery two times and needed to do physical therapy after both. After both my surgeries I had Amanda as my pt. I had a very good experience. She is awesome, super nice, and caring to work with! Each time I went I made so many improvements and met my milestones because she took it at a pace I was comfortable with. I would definitely recommend going here for physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter rolled her ankle pretty bad, and I called Amanda Keefe to find out what to do. I figured it was either nothing or that it could impact her long term. I was really nervous and of course feeling super guilty that my kid was having a hard time running and jumping. Amanda got us in less than a week later, did a full assessment, gave me tons of tips on an ankle brace and some home care exercises, and assured me that my 5 year old would be on the road to recovery in no time. I believe Amanda diagnosed my daughter with a sprain, so they worked on strengthening and flexibility exercises. My daughter absolutely loved Amanda and the entire staff at Milford PT! No joke, she couldn’t wait to go, she didn’t want to leave, she was mad when she “graduated,” she kept lying and saying her ankle wasn’t better so she could go back, and months later she still gets excited when we drive by. That’s a testament to how comfortable and supportive the staff made it for her. She has so much fun doing the exercises and increased her strength and flexibility after a couple months. I was also really, really impressed with the sanitization and safety protocols— and this was 2m before covid-19 came to the US. The facility was very clean and spacious. There was a comfortable waiting area where I could hang out with my other child. Also extra points for being near a Papa Gino’s and CVs. Made running errands so easy! I would definitely go back to MPT. I would recommend it to anyone of any age, health profile, or background. It was a very positive experience.
