He started with a detailed assessment of my situation, then he suggested a work plan with clear goals and interim objectives for the suggested interventions. He discussed the plan with me for my reflection and input. The work plan highlighted the expected time frame as well. After 6 weeks I feel more confidence and improvement. I'd like to commend the technician who has made such improvements possible. Also, I'd like to commend the hygiene in the clinics.
