Dr. Kimberly Farrington was born and raised in Houston, TX. She attended and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University. She attended and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX in 1996. She has been in private practice since 1997. Dr. Farrington is a Designated Doctor with the Texas Department of Insurance Division of Worker’s Compensation since 2014. She has been a Certified Medical Examiner for the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners /Federal Motor Carrier Safely Administration since 2018.
