Experiencia fantástica: This is a great facility for care. My mother was just discharged from the facility after a month stay and we are very pleased with skilled nursing, management, PT, cleaning and restaurant staff. A special thanks to Araceli Eguia (CNA), Ms. Kathy (director), Ms. Sandra, Ms. Nakeya (PT Director), Mr. Soni (PT), Ms Thelma and many others. Definitely recommend to others. Rooms are private and nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I have no regrets choosing this skilled nursing facility. Spectacularly clean and very homely. Very caring with focused personal care for each patient by all members of the team. They are proud of what they do and anxiously look forward to great outcomes for patients.

Experiencia positiva: Good location. The monument sign is small and easy to miss. Front entrance doesn’t face the street. The people are nice. A few worth mentioning who went above & beyond their call of duty: Sumera, Juno, Margaret, Kia, Patricia, …. The CNAs have a very demanding job. The facility has good design but needs better upkeep & maintenance.
