Experiencia negativa: they take for ever to answer the phone, it took me over four hours to be able to speak to someone, horrible. i changed my medical provider.

Experiencia negativa: From August of 2023 to March of this year, after a single evaluation session with a woman named Rebecca, I relentlessly attempted to get an appointment with zero assistance or care from anyone at this center to no avail until the end of April this year. I then received 'counseling' from a woman who seemed to be fresh out of college named Melanie for the next four months before I was contacted by a receptionist to say my upcoming appointment was cancelled. Little did I know that meant every appointment from here on out as I have yet to be contacted about anything. If you're in crisis and looking for any sort of help, I urge you to seek it elsewhere as the staff at this place in particular are vastly ill-equipped to aid you.

Experiencia negativa: I arrived at 7:35am for my 8am appointment. I've been waiting in my room for 42 minutes. My appointment was at 8am the worse waiting time.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for an appointment made prior and thought it would be a good idea to set up an appointment for my husband. Omfg. One of the front office workers was just rude. Literally, her response was "appt? For what?...Test? For what?...oh, it's going to cost you. You can wait until express care is open". Total jerk. We had insurance for my husband but still wanted to charge. She just wanted to be an a..hole about it. My husband was trying to make light of the situation, but she heard me. I said what I said. Rude a.. Nurses, doctors, receptionists upstairs, x-ray tech, and phlebotomy techs have all been professional and nice.

Experiencia negativa: Never able to get a decent appointment. If you're in pain, good luck getting anyone here to help. Just had them call and cancel their appointment with me and said they could reschedule me in 3 weeks. Their customer services over the phone is not compassionate and quite rude.

Experiencia negativa: First of all I would like to say the only problem I have encountered is with the x-ray technicians. I couldn't get his name but he's a dark skin bald man who was very rude and has no patience for elderly people. I really hope management reads my review and talks to him. I took my father yesterday January 3rd between the hours of 3:30/4:00 o'clock to get x-rays and this will be the second time we encounter the same tech. who was impatient and rude. My dad is 70 years old and uses a walker, he walks slow and as soon as we went in the tech said " this is going to take really long" I ask how long does it usually take to get x-rays and he said not long is just "look at him he's walking very slow" referring to my father. I got upset and the only thing I said was. Thank you for your Patience and understanding it will be nice if you show compassion. He shouldn't be making sarcastic comments. We are there not because we love to be there but because my father needs care.

Experiencia positiva: The people at the reception are not the friendliest but I guess they just do their job, the x-ray one is a bit rude. Doctors, nurses have been kind but the reason for my review is that I have been to x-rays several times but the times that I have been to x-rays of my knees it has been most uncomfortable and tense since they have to spread my legs and turn them around sideways leaving myself in a vulnerable position. I wish you would consider giving female patients some kind of paper or clothe to cover that part that is so exposed to the face of male technicians.

Experiencia negativa: Save yourself the stress and don’t come here. I called three times for something as simple as a refill and the doctor (Sandra Kyi) couldn’t even do this task correctly. Continued to send the refill to the wrong pharmacy even after stressing the fact that I do not live close anymore.

Experiencia negativa: My previous experience was months ago but my stomache still cringes when I think about it. I love my doctor which is the only reason I keep coming back. The systematic approach to patient care here is just that. ...like a machine. An inefficient energy wasting machine that will soon be obsolete. Also, "The Nurse Director" resolves nothing. Rx incorrect several times, got her involved. ...still Ineffective. Never got those items corrected. They kept getting it wrong. Guess I didn't need them. ...and she was so cold & rude. Like that one netflix show...lol Gotta laugh at it all. It's just so Inexcusable. All the incompetence and CYA processing going on there. Maybe if they used all their focus on quality service and healing people, things would actually get better. And all these false reviews of how great they are! LOL That is all.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely rude personnel, musta have a COVID-19 test. If not they will not let you in, rude security guard and rude nurse with attitude. I hope the vaccines are a dud and COVID-19 remains to teach humanity and the employees here a lesson about humility

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced, if you try to call them you will be on hold forever. I have been trying to contact them for months and I still have not been able to get a hold of them. Terrible service.

Experiencia fantástica: Idk why this place has 2 stars but I had a 5 star experience I treated them with respect and got respect back. Super friendly and blood work was a breeze the MA had the lightest hand for drawing blood.

Experiencia fantástica: Like I said in the review I gave Corona Family Care, I never give reviews but in this case is necessary for all patients to know the difference of staff in this office. Thank you Corona community health center for your help, and to the first nurse in the entrance so sorry for the miss understanding. Thank you for being so professional in front of me the patient towards the nurse from Corona Family Care even though she was being loud(screaming)and having really bad body language and complaining about the patients that are not from her office and that she don’t have time to help patients that don’t belong to her. Your response was the greatest I wish I would have catches your name nurse at Corona community health center. Your staff are great!! Very professional and helpful!! Your nurse that was being screamed at very calm said “we get a lot of your patients as well but we don’t mind helping them and sending them your way because that is what we are here for to help any patient out” great response thank you to all the health care workers like her. I will definitely be coming back here with this great nurses/staff.

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic is big, clean and uncrowded with a friendly, helpful staff! I was scheduled for an MRI and blood test after I went in for a knee injury and given fairly prompt service. Dr. Jaffar was personable and diagnosed my problem quickly. Definitely a clinic I'll return to often!

Experiencia negativa: Will leave multiple messages trying to get ahold of my doctor but they never call back, I spoke to the nurse and asked her if she could let the doctor know I was having a lot of pain, she said ok If she doesn’t call you back in 1-3 days call back again.

Experiencia negativa: Im a little irritated with the nurse here, I came in carrying an infant car seat in one arm, diaper bag on the other, holding cups in both hands and trying to usher a toddler to the exam room. I'm asked to step on the scale which is fine but she watches me struggle to set EVERYTHING down and control my toddler. She then points to then exam room I am to go into the watches me struggle to pick EVERYTHING back up again. I'm not saying I expect the nurses to carry all of my stuff for me. But an offer to help would have been appreciated instead of just standing there staring at me. The doctor I saw seemed nice though.

Experiencia negativa: Been going here for a couple years now. There is only one front desk worker who I always enjoys speaking to whenever I come in. I believe that she still works there but the new ladies I have seen in the office are very rude. U can literally feel them giving u dirty looks. The wait times are ridiculous and my primary doctor is always too booked to make an appointment with. I had asked for a referral from other doctors that I had to see but they kept trying to "treat" me instead of just giving me what I needed until finally on my most recent visit the doc gave me my referral. Now my condition is really bad and it couldve been treated a long time ago if the doctor wouldve just listened to me. Oh and all they try to do is push birth control on u, even if ur visit has nothing to do with OBGYN care.I will be switching doctors if I keep having poor quality service here.

Experiencia negativa: The front staff was rude and really don't have any customer/patient skills at all. I don't want to think because I'm Hispanic I was treated below average. But the attitude changed real quick when they realized I pay for my insurance and I'm also a city employee. I payed for the visit for the lady's little baby who couldn't speak English and needed changed for a $20 I guess and the staff said she doesn't have any money that early in the morning. I almost wanted to tell the Dr of this lady in front. No compassion at all. I won't be returning.

Experiencia negativa: I waited 45 minutes to speak to someone to make an appointment for my two children to have vaccinations. When I got to speak to what I assumed was a real live person she put me through to another Department which I waited another 20 minutes then a record came on saying, "we are experiencing a high volume of calls, ring back another time". I find it incredible that making a straightforward appointment is like reinventing the bloody wheel.
