Experiencia fantástica: My broker recommended Optum Monterey Park to me, Dr. Wu is my PCP. It was my first time be there, all the staffs are really friendly. Dr. Wu listened to my problems patiently and explained to me how to take medications in detail. He also referred me to see a specialist because I have several symptoms which bothered me for a long time. I am happy with my experience with Dr. Wu, he's awesome! I also had couple of x-rays, the technician was so patient and nice. It's really convenient for me to do labs, have x-rays and see PCP all together.

Experiencia fantástica: The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were attentive and exhibited great customer service, from check-in to check-out. My total time from beginning to end was less than 30 minutes. My doctor was invested in my overall general health as he inquired on possible symptoms, as well as gave me the opportunity to speak of my concerns with my health.
