I can’t find a word to express what I have in my heart regarding my stay at Dumont except say to all of you “Thank you!!” Your professionalism and specially your kindness helped me to heal not only physically but also emotionally.  You do your jobs with heart and love for people.To all of you thank you and God Bless You!!

I wanted to take this time to express my gratitude for all of the kind and compassionate care that I have received here. To the Rehab department most especially Danielle (ST), Jan (OT), Rafael (PT), Maurice (OT) along with the rest of the therapists I want to thank you for taking me from a jelly fish back to life.  I could not be where I am without you.  TO my nurses and nurse’s aides, Gabby, Nuvia, Mrs. Barton and all the rest, I sincerely thank you for all of your help and kindness.  I love you all! I would recommend Dumont Center to anyone in need of amazing care.

I am so grateful to everyone at Dumont for getting me back to normal.  The facility and staff are by far the best I have seen in my life.  Always being asked if I needed anything and making sure I was fine.As for the therapy center, I am so satisfied at my progress.  It was the highligh of the day working out and being encouraged by your great team.  I owe my recovery to all of you!

I am most grateful to Ailene, Sandra, John, Danny for far exceeding my expectations for total knee replacement therapy.The coaching, exercises, encouragement and fun was something I would not have received at home. I leave here feeling safe, confident and inspired to continue to full recovery.I look forward to returning to Dumont’s excellent therapy program for my other knee.

All of Dumont’s staff are not only extremely professional, but very knowledgeable in their field of work. The nursing staff are friendly, punctual, & conversive. Any pain I had was made tolerable in a timely manner. The dining room is very spacious & cool. Always a range of fun and engaging activities. The facility is always kept clean, my bed was made every day with fresh linen. The food is mediocre but there were always alternative meals and sandwiches/salads. The rehab department was wonderful, friendly staff with an array of exercise and rehabilitation equipment that helped me get back on my feed. I was always excited to see the recreation staff. They were very energetic and captivating. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other elderly people in need of a clean and comfortable place to live, whether it’s short-term or indefinitely! Thanks for all the help!

The Q family would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank you and the entire staff for the caring and kindness towards Carmen Q. Not only did you take care of me, but you gave me the utmost support! I also want to thank you for giving me hope and believing in me and telling me that I can do it and that everyday you reminded me that it’s not about me. The encouragement is absolutely amazing! I want to highly commend the physical therapists, occupational therapists, PTAs and COTAs in the Rehab department at the Dumont Center. They are an exemplary staff that shows immense compassion and care in everything that they do. They are also very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. The scenic river view promotes a peaceful therapeutic environment that greatly augmented my therapy. I appreciate that they took the time to truly work with me to regain functionality in my ADLs. I highly recommend the rehab department to anyone seeking quality, competent care. I, along with my family, want to thank them for everything that they did to make my stay here a pleasant one.
