Experiencia positiva: Good program for physical therapy and occupational therapy. The first interview is to establish what your specific concerns are. The doctor charts your progress often and informs the workers of what you will do. My personal experience has been very good. Workers are very kind, and attentive to your scheduled therapy sessions. Sometimes there is chaos from overbooking clients. Once I waited thirty minutes to be seen, I complained, and it has not ever happened again. During another occasion, I was not satisfied with my progress, and the next day my routine was enhanced to fit my new level of strength. You just have to speak up for yourself... The staff has good listening skills. Seniors are the majority treated after having a stroke. There are several machines and bicycles available; , as a person increases his/her strength. Very clean and well maintained areas used for therapy. Finally, there is free coffee, filtered water for drinking when needed. Did I mention how polite, professional, encouraging, and nice the staff are? Good. I recommend that patients call if they are going to be late, or not attending your appointment (After confirming your attendance by phone). This is plain good manners and respect as they deserve. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of the frequently crowded and noisy environment in the waiting area. This is not a deal breaker since the noise is mostly from individuals talking loudly on their cellphones.!! I do not want to hear the conversation! That is just how I am.
