Experiencia fantástica: I have heard absolutely wonderful things about this place and the people who work there and own it. Next time I have any physical therapy related needs I am definitely going there, I have already been in touch with them because of some past medical issues and while sharing my concerns with the doctor I had the opportunity to speak in depth. Dr. Jeffrey was so knowledgeable and professional while at the same time I had nostalgia of bedside manor and comfort of doctors yesteryear ‍⚕️ ⏳️ I got the feeling I will be in good hands and truly cared for....

Experiencia negativa: I had a decent service by Heather in CDM. It didn't help my knee issues but I believe it's the surgeon's diagnostic that was wrong, and that's another story. So I thought the service by the CDM PT was decent, and that's why it gets one star. But the issues are about billing and communications that started several months later; I had a few sessions in September 2023. They require pre-payment for each session which was perfectly fine with me. In other words they don't provide the care if you don't pay. Again that's fine but it means you are all set when you leave the place. So they should ask themselves before sending bills, right? They were also paid by my insurance for the difference as I checked later. In November they sent me a bill claiming that I owe them three sessions. By mail! Paper. With no email in it. Phone number goes to voice message. Letter head is from "Laguna Beach PT" (same business, not the same location nor the same people). If someone is still mailing paper in 2023 while every other interaction by that same team with the same patient is by text or email, that already is a red flag. I emailed them reminding them that I paid with proof. I used the same email we used before. No response. Resent. No response. In January they sent again the same bill. Just called again their different numbers and left messages... Again... Frustrating. What a waste of time.

Experiencia negativa: Called for an appointment left message never returned call-after a couple days later while being at my doctor's office who sent me to this location for my P T. I called again & asked if they were taking new patients since this is where I was sent to start my PT. I was asked for what kind of injury & what kind of insurance I had, however, after I've mentioned my insurance the girl said they didn't have anything till weeks from now... Something to think about...?

Experiencia fantástica: CDM PT has done an excellent job with my shoulder treatments since I began therapy there this past January. The entire team is very professional, proficient and courteous. My therapist, Heather has done incredible work in getting me well on my way to full recovery with the treatments she has administered. I have also had nothing but an outstanding experience with the assistant and office staff. Particularly, the assistant Alicia. She has done great work with the post treatment procedures on my shoulders, while also being courteous and personable.

The progress was very fast and satisfying. This team had members that were very sincere, caring and responsible. The therapists Melissa, Joanne, and all the other assistants Megan, jaz, marina, and others were very nice, helpful, and patient with me. Thank you for all of your work with me.

Experiencia fantástica: CDM Physical Therapy has provided me with excellent service and care for two different injuries in the past six months. I have worked with Physical Therapists, Joanne (arm) and Michael (foot), and find them to be very knowledgeable, compassionate, and gentle. They take the time to assess my status at each appointment and provide helpful intervention and treatment, targeting specific areas of flare ups and pain. They answer all of my questions and are great with their communication regarding my injuries and the healing process. I have been fortunate to work with aides Jazz, Megan, Ken, Jared, and Vivian. Like Joanne and Michael they are all very encouraging and helpful in directing me on correct form on my assigned exercises. All of the team at CDM physical Therapy have helped me to heal, make progress, and provide me hope for a full recovery. This is true even during times of pain and frustration. They help me to stay motivated to keep working to improve. Heather, at the front desk, is extremely helpful with billing, insurance matters, and appointments; and she is professional and engaging. I highly recommend Corona Del Mar Physical Therapy.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and truly care about each patient. Always willing and able to answer any questions. If I should need physical therapy in the future, I would never hesitate to come back to to CDM Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Came to Corona Del Mar physical therapy for a broken foot that required 2 surgeries. Great experience start to finish. The front desk was very helpful getting my somewhat difficult insurance properly lined up. My therapist Michael finds ways to stretch and roll my foot that releases so much stiffness, and it has improved significantly in the 8 weeks I’ve been coming. He clearly explains what he is doing and why, how this movement affects that tendon, blood flow, inflammation, reduced scarring, every move is well thought out and deeply educated to move me toward my goal of full recovery. He created a series of exercises that focus on increasing mobility and strength, and walks me through them, makes sure I am doing them right, adds new ones as my foot improves, and is genuinely completely involved in the care from start to finish. Hope you don’t need PT, but if you do, I definitely recommend Michael at CdM PT.

Amazing and caring staff that varies exercises and rehab often depending on your current abilities as well as listening to your needs. A perfect blend really. Heather was great with all her clients. Michael was especially exceptional in how he constantly tailored his therapy and exercises to his clients needs! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fun! I am very fortunate to have him as my physical therapist and have made big time progress! Highly recommend this facility!

Experiencia fantástica: Per my hand surgeon's request I went to Newport Hand/Corona del Mar Physical Therapy and worked with Joanne. Joanne was a pleasure to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She showed compassion but inspired me to be persistant with my therapy. The staff was wonderful as well, all in all a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never had Physical Therapy before, so I did not know what to expect. I was referred by my doctor for a extremely tight tendon and ligament in my right hand, specifically my right middle finger. I saw Joanne at Newport Hand Center ; which I learned is the same business as corona Del Mar physical therapy. I’ve seen this business there for many years and always wondered about it. Upon my first visit, immediately I was super impressed and comforted by how immaculate and sharp the facility was. Joanne was very professional, experienced and a great touch when working on my hand and finger. My insurance benefits were stated clearly And thoroughly By Josh before my evaluation. I only had one visit but I sent home with a splint for my finger and a very thorough and easily understood home exercise program, which included stretches. I do them daily and there is great relief for my finger. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else and I was thoroughly pleased by how well-oiled the whole operation was.
