Experiencia positiva: I am writing this on my fathers account but I go to the health center for my allergy shots 1-2 times a week. It’s in and out (mostly) and all of the people I’ve talked to are nice and make sure you get what you need. The ONLY issue I have with this place is the reception desk. And it’s not the reception desk as a whole. it’s one receptionist who has NO idea what she’s doing. Every time I’ve gone in there she’s made a mistake. One time she wasn’t there and I caught the other receptionists talking about how bad she was at her job behind her back. I was registering for classes for next semester and I noticed I had a hold on my account for a meningitis shot i’d already gotten. Well guess what?! I went there one day to ask about it and guess who forgot to take it off hold on my account? yeah… I’ve never seen someone make this many mistakes for their job ever. Everything else is great!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been here way too much in my 4 years at Ball State. All the staff, nurses, doctors, phycologists and physical therapists that I have seen there were super nice and personable. They do the best with what they have available and often are able to see you within a timely manor (often 24 hours or less). Physical Therapy is 10/10 Illness/Injury Appointments 8/10- there are very limited things they can do besides prescribe and refer to specialists Medical Counseling 10/10 Medicine Updates 10/10
