Experiencia fantástica: Went into the ER for a herniated disk in my back, was taken back immediately and was seen within five minutes and given pain medication. They promptly did an MRI and got me diagnosed. I was kept in the observation section overnight and was treated very well by all the staff. All were really professional.

Experiencia positiva: Was taken to Ball for pneumomediastinum and pancreatitis. The ER staff was lovely and I was well taken care of and checked in on. While I was at inpatient the nurses were a bit short and inattentive, I had asked for things that were never given to me like clean underwear or pain medication. Three separate people told me my outpatient meds had been sent to the right place, but they weren't. Three?? Come on. Overall I have good experiences here but I did feel a bit forgotten about at times. ER staff are incredible.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here were incredible! I want to mention Morgan, the radiology technician who was in charge of my CT Scan. She was so kind and made it as pleasant as possible. The lady at the check in desk was also very helpful and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a bowel blockage. I was taken by ambulance and was seen right away. I spent 6 days in the hospital. The rooms were nice & the service was good. My only complaint that the GI tube was thicker than the normal tubing they use (it was all they had in stock) but when your life is at risk, you don’t complain. Also, my PIC line was put in wrong making it painful. But I enjoyed having a room to myself. I had no issues with the nurses. They were nice, helpful and attentive.
