Physical and occupational therapy can help you recover from an injury or surgery and can also help you manage a chronic condition. We offer functional capacity assessments and ergonomic reviews to ensure safety and comfort in the workplace. We can also help if you're dealing with the side effects of cancer treatment.

At St. Luke's Rehabilitation our focus areas include arthritis, orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, hand therapy, and recovery from sports injuries.

Bryanne Gribble, PT, DPT, SCS treats patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic conditions, workmen's compensation injuries, and neurologic conditions including concussions. She is passionate about working with athletes and getting patients back to their optimal function. 

Bryanne is board certified in sports physical therapy and completed a sports physical therapy residency with St. Luke's. She earned her doctorate of physical therapy at the University of Washington, and in her free time enjoys participating in a variety of sports, including volleyball, basketball, and softball. 

Nate Kirby, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS is a physical therapist licensed in Idaho and South Dakota. Currently a sports physical therapy resident at St. Luke's, he has experience in the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries in patients of all ages. Following a life in sports, Nate now enjoys working with athletes, helping them return to their fields of play. 

Nate earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy from Creighton University and his athletic training certification at Augustana University. Born and raised in South Dakota, he enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking in his free time.

Randy Marshall, OTR/L, CHT is a certified hand therapist who specializes in hand, wrist, and elbow injuries. He has experience with post-surgical, trauma, and work injuries. Randy graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and in his spare time enjoys guitar, sports, and riding rails to trails.

Kristi McMahan, DPT, OCS specializes in outpatient orthopedics for all ages including acute to chronic pain, post-operative rehab, workers compensation cases, and spinal conditions. She has earned her Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) designation.  Kristi earned her bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from the University of Wyoming, and earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy at the University of North Dakota. She enjoys camping, fly fishing, and skiing in her free time.
