No matter your medical condition, our diverse group of licensed therapists are prepared to develop a customized solution to help you return to optimum health and independence. We treat populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric, diagnoses from orthopedic to neurologic; with all care provided adjacent to the main hospital at our state-of-the-art Wellness Center.

Checking in for your appointment: When arriving for your appointment please check-in at the front desk. Our team makes every effort to run on time, however, unforeseen circumstances such as late arrivals or emergencies occasionally require alterations to that time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late be aware that your therapist may need to reduce your treatment time or reschedule the appointment.

Visitors and guests: To limit the number of people in the clinic and in support of physical distancing guidelines, we are currently discouraging guests from accompanying patients to therapy appointments unless absolutely necessary. When indicated (parents of minor patients, caregivers who provide support, etc.) we are allowing one visitor per patient at the discretion of the treating therapist. Visitors must complete a symptom and temperature screen.

Follow-up appointments: Follow-up visits are typically 30 or 45 minutes in length. The frequency and duration of your appointments are based on your rehabilitation needs. Patients are encouraged to sign up for our text reminder service to get a reminder message 24 hours prior to each visit.

Canceling an appointment & missed visits: If you are unable to attend an appointment please call us as soon as possible so we can fill that spot. If you miss multiple appointments without notifying us or if we have not seen you for greater than 30 days you may be discharged from therapy. If you still wish to continue therapy services after having been discharged, you will need to obtain a new Doctor’s Referral to be re-evaluated. Read more about our appointment guidelines.

Appropriate attire: Loose and comfortable clothing is recommended for your visit. Wearing a pair of shorts and sneakers may be best when working with leg injuries. Tank or halter-tops work well for shoulder examination and treatment.
