Holly Holton Physical Therapy Napa location

This is the first visit. I will complete a comprehensive evaluation including your goals for therapy, taking objective measures (ROM and strength, functional measures). It will also include exercise instruction and soft tissue work. 

During the follow up appointments, the visits will be focused more on soft tissue work and exercise instruction. It will also include checking in on your progress. 

Holly Holton, DPT, PT has been practicing physical therapy for over 15 years. She has a holistic approach to physical therapy and considers the entire body and mind in her treatments. 

Your treatment will take place at Fitness Urbano in the Dogpatch. They offer a huge range of exercise equipment in an open and non-judgemental space. The gym has many amenities to make your rehab more comfortable.  

With Holly Holton Physical Therapy you will receive one on one care in a relaxed, non-rushed environment. You have the flexibility to schedule any time of day Monday-Thursday. You will have 60 minutes with the therapist.
