Experiencia fantástica: I worked with physical therapist named Kari, sorry if the spellings off horrible at names, but she was great with me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and kind. I am a spartan and over the years I have been beaten up not to mention my job that very physical at time lifting heavy boxes leaving me in pain almost daily. I went to the chiropractor for years but had no results. I decided to go to physical therapy to a actual fix the problem. Kari tought me better form, showed me different exercises and built up my core. I could go on and on but I feel great now. Doing my daily 4 exercises she gave me and always being aware of my form having no more pain. I have already recommended this to other people! Five star. Thank you for giving me my life back of enjoying the outdoors and my races!!
