Experiencia positiva: ER, ICU ok. 4East….run, don’t look back. The 3 stars are for the ER and ICU-ONLY Worst hospital experience for my family. When my family member got to rehab-the dry gauze dressing had been on their head for 3 days. How do I know? #1 stuck to their wound #2 the blood on the gauze was black it was so old. Discharge to rehab 3 hours after the urine catheter was removed-did not urinate. Shameful, substandard “care”. Go to Elliot or CMC…

Experiencia fantástica: I have had many procedures done at this Medical Center. As a result I have been exposed to the staff in the areas of radiology, surgery, and endoscopy, to name a few. Every interaction with each staff member including both doctors and nurses was nothing more than spectacular. The bedside manner combined with skill is like nothing I have ever experienced. I would not go anywhere else. I was shocked when an anesthesiologist I had for a surgical procedure 6 wks earlier remembered me and asked how I was feeling since the surgery, while I was there for another procedure. Can't say enough good things.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel compelled to write a review simply because the current rating (2.8) is nowhere near what I would rate my experiences. I have had two children delivered at Southern NH and have visited the ER four or five times in the last decade for issues ranging from kidney stones to a Wolff-Parkinson-White diagnosis and treatment, and the service has never been anything but exemplary. Every secretary, nurse, doctor, and surgeon has treated me respectfully and kindly, and I always feel like I'm getting the best advice and opportunity, even when that has meant being sent to another facility better suited to specific needs. To the SNHMC staff: thank you kindly for all you do and have done.

Experiencia positiva: People are complaining in the packed waiting room about the wait. Every room is full and patients are lining the hallway. The nurses have no assistants and are doing total care. Amazingly they are upbeat. Andrea (blonde hair and black jacket) is so impressive! She hasn’t stopped since I got here. Continuously helping others and ensuring patient privacy. A difficult thing to do for patients in the hall. Thank you all for your hard work.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about this hospital and their staff. I’ve been a regular here for almost a year now, almost weekly visits for one thing or another, and their staff treats with care and compassion each time! (They even know me by name and all) I’m so grateful, specially the RNs, they treat you with respect and make you feel safe. From the reception, to the triage, and to the exam rooms, you know and feel safe every step of the way! Thank you all so much! I appreciate each and everyone one of you! Amazing hospital!!
