This session is customized to focus on the issues you are experiencing, whether it's to get relief from chronic pain, muscle spasms, or targeted treatments for conditions such as Carpel Tunnel syndrome, tennis and golfer’s elbow, knee pain, Plantar Fasciitis, hip pain , Frozen Shoulder, or Sciatica.

Varieos modalities are incorporated to provide effective results. These modalities may include cupping therapy, stretching, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, & Kinesiotaping. 

A relaxing treatment with light to moderate pressure. This therapy focuses on improving circulation, relieving general muscle tension and reducing mental fatigue and stress.
