Garden Ridge Physical Therapy and Wellness provides therapies using state-of-the-art equipment and proven techniques to provide the quickest route to recovery. Dr Diana Schonhoff, PT, DPT, AASOT, has over 40 years of experience treating all ages and conditions.

Had a total right knee replacement in 2010. She helped me to walk again. In 2012 I fell and broke my femur. For 3 months I couldn’t place my foot on the floor and was in rehab. I returned to Garden Ridge for outpatient therapy. She diligently worked with me until I could walk again.

I love this physical practice! Dr. Schonhoff truly puts her patients first and her wealth of knowledge and skill is truly amazing. After my third pregnancy and c-section, she gave me my life back helping me recovering from debilitating post-partum hip/tail bone/pelvic floor pain. I can’t thank her and her outstanding staff enough. You are in good hands here!

So thankful to Dr. Schonhoff and the whole crew there. I had relief from my pain for the first time that I can remember and they were so accommodating to me and my family. They worked around my schedule and even let me bring my kiddos to my appts which was super helpful. It’s so nice to have a provider that understands what it is like to be a parent and helps out families by letting kids come appointments.

First of all, let me tell you how eternally grateful I am to every single one of you for your immense help on my journey to full recovery from my ACL injury. I honestly could not have felt the joy and confidence I felt on July 10th, when I was told that I could return to sports by my doctor. I owe such a great deal to all of you. I have missed seeing everyone very much these past months. Each of you is so special and wonderful. I am lucky to have ever known you.

I was seen by my endocrinologist today and he was blown away with how well I’m doing. I’ve lost weight, lost two inches in my waist and am standing up taller, and moving so much better. He said my muscle tone is better, movement better and coordination is great. He asked me how/what am I doing? I told him I’m going to physical therapy three times per week. He said that I have improved 300 per cent. Kudos to you Dr. Schonhoff! Thanks so much for getting me going.

I have been with Garden Ridge Physical Therapy & Wellness P.C. since 2012. Due to unnecessary surgery in 2011, I was left with muscle and nerve damage that lead to 2 more surgeries that left me riddled with painful scar tissue and debilitating muscle weakness. I am thankful for the carefully skilled hands of Dr. Dianna C. Schonhoff, PT. In which I have been ordered by ALL my doctors and pain care specialists to continue with “long term aggressive physical therapy” I will continue my healing relationship with Dr. Diana C. Schonhoff.

I was sent to Garden Ridge to work on my hamstrings and they are wonderful. I love the fact it’s small intimate office and everyone on staff is great. It’s been two weeks and I see the improvement and can’t wait until they get me back to normal. Definitely will use them in the future if needed.

I’m a bit upset. I thought I was special. Turns out they treat everyone like that. More than that, I had a horrendous pain issue in my upper thigh and Doc’s recommendation was spot on. My pain was almost gone this morning. Extremely grateful.

Diana put me back together after I was hit by an 18 wheeler and now she’s fixing my shoulder. I’ve fallen three times in the last few months and re-injured my shoulder. My shoulder was damaged after my wreck. I was in so much pain I couldn’t breathe. My pain is almost gone because of Diana.

Dr. Schonhoff, and her team ( Ryan and Courtney) are amazing. They helped me when I did not think anything or anyone could! Dr. Schonhoff and her team took the time to get to know me and understand my condition and what worked and what did not work. They had many different services that they were willing to try to help me feel and get better. They were also very flexible and would work with my schedule so that I could get the care that I needed. I was so relieved that they let me bring my 2 year old to my sessions. They were so accommodating, friendly, and patient with me and my young son. They have a small chair for him to sit in and he would just hang out and watch shows while I had my therapy. This was amazing since I would not have been able to come very often if they did not allow me to bring him. Thank you so much for not only letting me bring my son but taking away so much of my pain and getting in control of my condition and helping me feel better.

Dr.Diana and her team are excellent ???? ????. They allowed me to attend my PT with my three kids. As I could be inside for therapy,Ryan could be checking on them. The Dr.identified my problem and helped me heal very quick. I have never felt that pain again,am free indeed.

Garden Ridge Physical Therapy is absolutely amazing. Not only have they been able to work through all of the problems I originally came for, they were incredibly helpful and compassionate when I inquired about other pains I have been having as well. They have gone above an beyond as a health care provider. They work around my schedule to ensure I can reliably come to my appointments, and they also allow me to bring my 2 kids with me to appointments when I need to because they care about my access to care. I simply would not be able to get the care I needed if it weren’t for their flexibility. They are amazing Tricare approved providers and I have loved being one of their patients.

This was my second time in PT for the same problem but the first time I actually felt comfortable with my care and felt it was effective. Everyone there is very kind, professional, and cares. I’m actually going to miss going to appointments because everyone there is so amazing but thankfully I’m better.

I called Garden Ridge Physical Therapy and explained my problem and how depressed about my prospects for recovery were. Dr. Diana Schonhoff (PT) told me if I would just commit, she would get me where I needed to be; no pain, no medication, no surgery. The staff at Garden Ridge Physical Therapy worked as hard as I did. I was in therapy with Garden Ridge Physical Therapy for 3 months and each time they were very accommodating to my busy schedule and were just awesome all the way around. Everyone was very nice and caring – listened well to my concerns. I would highly recommend this place ???? I am 85 years old and was not convinced that I would see much improvement as a result of PT. Dr. Schonhoff and her staff are very competent and give personal and professional attention to their patients.

Dr. Diana Schonhoff was able to help me get back full range of both of my shoulders and arms with treatments and physical therapy. I am forever grateful and highly recommend hear services.

So grateful for the staff here. Everyone always made me feel so important and was invested in my recovery. They took the time to explain and answer any questions I had.
