Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Southland PT to anyone looking to improve their overall physical health/mobility and recover from injuries. In particular, Dr. Jose has done a phenomenal job helping my recover from pesky back and shoulder pain after a snowboarding injury. He quickly identified potential root causes for my pain and was able to loosen up stiffness in the area and provide me with a routine to reduce pain and improve overall mobility. I’m very grateful and will be returning to fix up my knee soon!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place to go for PT. The staff is friendly respectful and knowledgeable. Maggie is amazing. I'm learning and strengthening while I'm healing. I look forward to the day where I can live a life where I'm able to ride a bike on the beach after a horrible knee injury. I have faith that Southland has the skills to help me heal.

Dr. Jose (and team) are great, and they made sure my granddaughter was on track of what needs to be done and when. They are organized and are very flexible. They have all the answers when questions are asked. Just great people overall and she has had a great time getting to know them as well as getting stronger mentally and physically while also becoming a better person. Could not thank these people enough for all that they do!

After a frustrating experience at another physical therapy clinic where my shoulder problem was misdiagnosed and the treatments kept changing without any improvement, I finally found relief at Southland. Dr. Maggie Lopez is a true professional. She quickly identified the exact issue with my shoulder and implemented effective strategies that have greatly improved my condition. The sessions were long and in-depth, and the exercises were modified day to day to fit my current condition. Dr. Lopez and the team at Southland utilized a wide range of treatments, including electric muscle stimulation and applying ice and heat after exercises. Her expertise and personalized approach made all the difference. The entire staff at Southland is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. I highly recommend Southland Physical Therapy!

NoI drive completely out of my way to come here because I get the best experience from the therapist here. They are so attentive to your needs, so nice, and have helped me so much. Experiencia fantástica: At 25 years old I tore my hamstring and resulted chronic hip and lumbar pain for a year straight . I could not sleep from rolling over in pain I had being still. I went to various physicians, steroid injections and 3 different physical therapist and nothing worked .I went to this company with no hope but on the first consult I finally felt heard and understood. I met with Dr Jose who gave me some relief on the first day. He assessed my situation and educated me on the importance of muscle strength to relief my pain .This was the only physical therapy company who is hands on and truly care about giving relief to their client’s . Many other companies just hand you a bunch of exercises just to shuffle you out the door but not this one.

Overall, the staff are very engaging and focused to help you progress. I would recommend Southland Physical Therapy for anyone looking for injury treatment or post operation physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Maggie and Southland PT in Costa Mesa is the best PT place I have been to. From the staff, to the aides (shoutout to Miguel), to the doctors, I have never had such a smooth experience the way I have it here. Maggie was able to pin point the spot of pain in the first appointment, gives you some awesome workouts to strengthen the spot that hurts, and adjusts accordingly if there is not much improvement within the first week. They teach you the workouts and proper form, and every time I go there I get a good sweat/workout. I do my homework every time I’m not there (which are my assigned exercises) because you obviously also have to put the work in outside of their office to recover faster. After 6 months of not being able to do squats, it felt great to do my first 3 sets today WITHOUT PAIN! I’m excited for whats to come and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first started PT with Southland back in mid-February, I was worried that the lingering effects from the tendonitis in my right forearm and elbow were so bad that I'd never be able to work out again. But now, I'm working out a ton, and I can do all the exercises without any pain. Not bad for a guy who just turned 70 in May. You guys are great. Dr. Paul Nguyen was incredible, simply the best. All the staff out in the exercise therapy room were wonderful too. And Mary at the front desk was super helpful in getting all the admin. squared away. This is the second time in the past twenty years that I've needed physical therapy. The first time at a different firm was pretty good. But you guys are all simply stellar. I can't imagine how you can improve upon stellar .. but if there's a way, I trust you guys will find it.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Southland physical therapy for two months now and I definitely feel better! Dr. Jose Cerda is amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Each session he adjusts my body and then guides me through exercises to decrease pain and strengthen my back. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back here if I need.

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely do reviews, but this place was amazing!! Everyone was welcoming, respectful, and accommodating. They always made me feel comfortable. From the receptionist, the assistants and the doctors they were all very helpful. Specially Dr. Paul Nguyen, I had really bad sciatic pain, and he completely got rid of it. He also helped me when I strained my back and got me back to . He showed me various stretches and exercises to keep doing at home, which have definitely helped me. Ever since, I've been recommending this place to my family and friends because I know you can trust them to help with your pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Sean and the staff were the best!!! I came in with severe sciatic issues. Through PT with Dr Sean I was able to recognize what caused the issues and learn new ways to handle my body (sitting, standing, driving the car, etc...) that reversed the damage and continues to prevent further problems. It’s been over a year now and I am doing great! My son needs PT for a childhood club foot issue, and he will be going here. Thank you Southland!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had such an amazing experience at Southland Physical Therapy! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have to sit for long hours at a computer and I had been having issues with my neck for years. I finally came to PT and thank goodness I did. Dr. Dinh figured out how to get me back on track right away and I couldn't be more grateful. My treatment and exercises were designed specifically toward what I had going on. Can't recommend this clinic highly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn't go anywhere else for PT. All the doctors and aides are the best at what they do, especially Dr. Keith. I went to another PT place before I came here and I was very disappointed, they didn't fix my problem. At Southland, everyone including the receptionists are extra friendly and have made me feel like one of the family. I have had several different things happen for me to need PT and have had them all fixed. Dr. Keith always has me work on being healthier and has me do exercises to strengthen my entire body so I won't keep having problems. My daughter started going here 1st and loved them. Dr. Keith has been a great mentor and doctor to her and she is following in his guided footsteps to be a PT doc also. They let her volunteer all summer and all have collectively taught my daughter so much. We are eternally greatfull to all. I have and will continue to refer everyone to Southland.
