Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin?... I am so very thankful that I was referred to Amit and his team at Costa Mesa Physical Therapy. My story was a 6-year very painful and very emotional journey that I never anticipated going through after having a really bad neck and shoulder work-related injury in 2018 that landed me in the ER having drastically affected the quality of my life. I never recovered from it until now, all thanks to Amit and his wonderful team! I had spent years and tears (literally) seeking out professional medical help through various doctors having x-rays and other treatments done, but no one could not find the problem of why my injury would not heal and why my agonizing chronic pain would not go away. I ended up wasting lots of time, money, and years of my life trying to get answers. I was left almost hopeless and had accepted living with the pain as my new “lifestyle” because I could “get by.” I was reluctant to go in for a consultation, but I am so glad my friend convinced me and so I did! Upon my first consultation with Amit, he was very warm and welcoming, super kind, and super caring. He made me feel like a human being who is valued and he was ever-patient with me whereas other “medical professionals” just treated me like I was wasting their time. Amit was able to diagnose my problem from the start. He explained the information to me in a way that made it easy for me to understand without overwhelming me, including giving me hope. He painted a realistic picture of small goals I could achieve as well as offering continuous encouragement to me. I am so glad I trusted him because his approach is that of a compassionate person and he really knows his stuff! His physical techniques, while working on me, were nothing short of amazing. I would also like to thank Nico who was also super nice and very caring while helping to guide me through my exercises. I really enjoyed working with him. He is someone you could just talk to and he’ll brighten your day. Delaney was super nice as well and she was ever-accommodating to my ever-changing schedule and I really appreciated that support. Throughout my journey with CMPT, I felt nothing but love and support from this team. I believe that no one in life in any circumstance can achieve success unless they have a team behind them and this is definitely the team I believe in and will always recommend to others. Experiencia fantástica: I developed frozen shoulder in December 2023. I was advised by my orthopedic doctor to go to physical therapy because nothing else would cure my condition. I was not a happy camper thinking about having to go to PT 2-3 times a week! Thank Goodness I chose CMPT because they are a great group of Professionals and physical therapists!!! Sagar was my therapist and treated me for my frozen shoulder. In my opinion he is the best! I was cured in less than 3 months. He is also treating my husband after his hip surgery and my husband definitely feels a difference. Sagar is very knowledgeable and really understands how to improve one’s mobility. Experiencia fantástica: As an active runner and high school XC coach I would not be able to be as active as I am without Costa Mesa Physical Therapy's support, knowledge and assistance. The whole staff is friendly and encouraging. I have had two hip replacement surgeries and the whole team is the reason I am as active and pain free today! Amit and Hana are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I have also had my sons attend Costa Mesa Pt for injuries and preventative measures. As a coach and runner I have attended several PT practices and this place is by far the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, professional and friendly. Sometimes, I feel like I’m not coordinated doing my exercises but there is always an assistant there to work you through it. Love the massages that Amit, my personal trainer gives me after my workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I suffered a hamstring strain and could barely walk when I showed up my first day. The staff was empathetic, personal and knowledgeable. They have a clean office and training space. After 5 weeks of attending sessions and working on exercises at home, I feel back to normal. I highly recommend choosing this office if you're looking for physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Amit and his team are excellent and I have proof! 1) Amit saw my daughter and worked with her for years from about the ages of 8-12. She has juvenile arthritis and had some surgerys on her knees and foot. She could not walk that well and could not even run. It was heart-braking to see her not enjoy normal kid activities. Amit started working with her and she's now an active teenager playing waterpolo, golf, waterskiing, running etc. We owe a lot to Amit and his team since he definitely got her back to being a normal kid doing whatever she wants! 2) If that wasn't enough, I've been going to him for months on a shoulder issue that he has solved about 90% so far and I'm also back to normal physical workouts. He's also taught me a lot about how to exercise and how to avoid future issues. They all are helpful, friendly and professional. I'd give CMPT more stars if they were available!

They really listen and then develop a combined plan with their hands on expertise as well as guided and supervised exercises by the well-trained staff. This is the best operation I've ever experienced in my many years of sports training and the inevitable injuries. These people really know how to get me back on track.

They set all my appointments the first day, so I knew exactly what my schedule would be. I felt like I was around a helping family of healers and the conversation is always great. If I ever need physical therapy again, I know I will only go back to them.

Therapists were kind and personal. They truly cared about my well being and improvement first and foremost over insurance policies and time constraints. I never waited more than five minutes upon arrival, to be called back for treatment.
