Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! I was super comfortable and at ease working with the staff. Everyone I worked with put their best effort in to help me achieve my recovery from knee surgery. They are tops in my opinion! Shout out to Sarah, Teresa and Sandi..huge Thank You from me.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here! They are very unproffessional. I often waited past my appointment time (regardless of being the first or 2nd appointment of the day) sometimes up to 45mins after my set start time. Also - their cancelation policy does not exclued illness as most policies do. I was sick on a Monday morning with a fever and did not want to spread the illness to other customers or staff. Despite the fact I called ahead to inform them and the fact that I could not have known I'd be sick Friday before 5pm, they still insisted I pay the late fee. I had been a consistent, punctual customer and had already given them hundreds of dollars worth of copays for my business, not to mention what the insurance pays, and they still insisted I pay. I understand the need for cancelation policies, however every other policy I'm a part of in the health care network excludes unforseen illness. Believe me - I checked! This policy, coupled with the delays, suggests a lack of consideration for clients’ time and circumstances. As for their therapists, I believe they prolonged my situation (plantar faciitis) by not being direct with answers to my questions. I asked them several times about the condition, what I should and shouldn't be doing at home, and they were very vague. I received treatment for months - one foot cleared up, but the other got worse and worse. I could have saved a lot of time and money if they had been more informative and been honest when they got to the point that they did not know what was wrong with the foot that was getting worse.

You can’t call and speak to a human - or book online, you can only leave a message - (which they take about a week to return). I have also left messages in person with the staff that took a week to return a call! Plus they have very limited availability!

The therapists who work there are considerate, positive, friendly and communicate on a level that engages you and teaches you how to continue on your own after your sessions end. They kept me coming back for more. They did a wonderful job helping me regain use of my shoulder after two bad injuries and years of using other muscles to compensate for that. With their help I was able to regain more natural movement and eliminate a lot of pain. They absolutely know what they are doing. Just plain excellent! I would never consider going anywhere else. I am so grateful to have experienced their care. I am super happy with my results.

I felt very supported and attended to especially with the nuances of my bodily concerns. I cannot recommend this PT clinic and staff enough.

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the sweet and friendly receptionist you feel so happy to be there My physical therapist, Sandi, and her assistant, Brianna are amazing!! They’re such a great team!! Sandi and Brianna are extremely caring and they’re doing an amazing job of helping me to gain my strength and balance back so that I can walk again after a pelvic fracture! They even make my PT sessions fun!! I feel so blessed to have these two ladies for my for my physical therapists!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I chose Costa Mesa’s location for California Therapy Solutions for my physical therapy after my shoulder dislocation. Everyone, from Taylor at the front desk to Sandie, my therapist and her aides have been so friendly and provide a personalized approach that prioritizes you and your goals. Sandie is very friendly and has a gentle and motivating style. The clinic is flexible with your schedule and is very safe during covid, with constant cleaning of the equipment, mandatory masks, and hand washing protocols. If necessary, they also offer virtual sessions so you can do your therapy in isolation from home. I really love the Pilates based approach and can feel my whole body getting stronger from the reformer exercises. If you are ever in need of physical therapy in Orange County, California Therapy Solutions in Costa Mesa is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to the Costa Mesa location most recently for a broken ankle. Bill Gabriel and his assistant, Monaue effectively got me walking and driving before I knew it. At this rate, I’ll be back to normal in no time. Sandy helped me navigate through the red tape of scheduling a COVID-19 vaccination, which was not easy. Everyone there is so helpful in so many ways and they always have a smile (although you can’t see it these days). Thanks to all of you!

Dr. Samantha Stokes was my physical therapist and she did an amazing job of nursing me back to almost 100%! She is so kind, courteous and professional! Experiencia fantástica: Top notch PT! Bill Gabriel is a phenomenal therapist with extensive experience and knowledge and excellent bedside manner. He made the process very enjoyable and made me feel very welcomed. I did about 13 sessions for a shoulder muscle strain and feel almost 100%. When health ins. delayed in approving more treatment, Bill and his team quickly requested more to get it done. Monae was also wonderful! She's a great PT assistant and was so friendly, patient and kind. She made the exercises fun and easy-to-replicate. 10/10 do recommend this place! I will for sure be back for any future needs.

I worked with both Bill and Lindsay and was provided excellent care and instruction to work through issues with my knee. They always asked how things felt and wanted to make sure each time we worked on exercises and movements that challenged me but didn't hurt me. All the assistants were great and supportive as well. I miss going in to see the crew now that I am on the road to recovery! I highly recommend this facility!

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with how professional and friendly everyone in this clinic was. I had shoulder surgery about three months ago and have been visiting Katia ever since and my shoulder much better than it was before the surgery and I’ve almost regained all my strength. They talk you through your goals from day one and keep you updated on your progress and your at home work outs. I hope I never need physical therapy again but if I do I will come back here.

With the home exercises she gave me, I could feel the improvement. I look forward to continued sessions with her and improving my strength in areas needed in order to reduce pain.

Experiencia fantástica: "December 27th marked the last day of an eight month journey rehabbing my hip flexor and piriformus at after a routine colonoscopy left me with sepsis and major life-saving surgery. My PT, Lindsay Stadler was nothing short of amazing. I can’t give enough positive feedback about my time spent with at this remarkable facility. Lindsay fully invested herself into my case the moment I walked through the door. I felt as if my recovery was just as important to her as it was to me. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and so much fun! I appreciated that she was always thinking of creative ways to challenge me, even crafting a faux paddle boarding experience to help me get back on the water. Every assistant I worked with was attentive and professional. The Costa Mesa office is a soothing environment on the sixth floor with killer views. While it is rewarding to be officially done, I must say it is it is a bittersweet feeling because I am going to truly miss my weekly routine with people that made me feel like a friend. Experiencia fantástica: I've received physical therapy here for almost a year now for a stubborn shoulder injury I incurred at work. Since my first appointment, the staff have been exceptionally friendly and genuine. They are clearly very knowledgeable, but also listened intently to what I told them about my own body and needs, and altered my exercises accordingly to treat me as a individual and not just as an injury. Even when witnessing interactions with other patients, it's obvious hat they genuinely care about their patients and they have our best interests in mind. When it came time for me to go back to work, they got creative and put forth thoughtful efforts to simulate the actions I would be doing at my job as a nurse. That meant so much to me, and helped put my mind at ease about returning to work. If for some reason I'm in need of physical therapy in the future, I hope I'm able to come back here and receive amazing care again!

He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining what the exercises are and why we were doing them. Experiencia fantástica: Lindsay Stadler is excellent. I had full, double knee replacement. It has been a significant challenge, and more difficult than I expected. I was assessed prior to the surgery, then reappeared at the clinic using a walker. Just graduated from therapy last week. In 15 weeks I am now back to riding a bike, rowing, and walking quite well. Lindsay & the staff were incredibly nice, and very effective! A 5-Star recommendation!

Bill is incredibly knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. Yvonne is a great teacher and aide. I'm always excited to come here (even though I'm in pain) but I ALWAYS feel better when I leave I can definitely say the staff at this location keeps me coming back. They keep me motivated to get back on track. Would recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place for physical therapy. Go see David, he is the best. Knows he’s stuff from head to toe. Also incredible penthouse headquarters with window views and in house Pilates studio. Friendliest staff ever and I’ve only been coming for a month now. I’ve been to several other PT places and I wish I had come here first. It’s not just rehab but it’s an education. I’m already experiencing the results, but it’s work, a lot of work. You gotta do the assigned exercises in between sessions and daily only if you want to maximize your healing progression. It’s also a good place for those who want a slower pace. They will adjust to you. My biggest piece of advice is to ask lots of questions so that you can eliminate personal blind spots that can hinder your recovery. Experiencia fantástica: I just completed 2 months of physical therapy for my knee. The entire staff at California Therapy Solutions, Irvine were all so wonderful. I did have a few lead therapist change as some moved on or my hours during the week were varying, but each therapist was very professional and thorough. As of last month, I worked briefly with Physical Therapists Brad, had Christine a few times, and worked with Marti. All were compassionate, professional and excellent! The PT aides were also very good. Tracy worked with me the most on a consistent basis and she was outstanding! Very efficient, worked with several of us (patients) simultaneously and was moving quickly from one to another patient as needed. Tracy guided me as to how many exercises and reps to do (which was so helpful since not all the exercises were 30 reps and varied) in a very efficient and caring manner. And finally I want to commend, Doris, the administrative assistant/receptionist. She made all visits pleasant with her warm smile and upbeat greeting and attitude. Doris represents CTS very well with her professionalism, face of the company, helping with scheduling changes on my part. Thank you Doris for your work ethic and dedication! Overall a wonderful experience! I would recommend CTS to anyone in need of physical therapy! Thank you to all of the CTS staff!

Lindsey my therapist is a delight to work with, her warm and sunny personality is equal to her knowledge and strength in the field. The location in itself has a pretty view, it's spacious, and offers a variety of Pilates equipment. I've honestly never been to a better place for PT, I'm glad my doctor recommended it!

I was recovering from meniscus surgery and they were able to target my Pysical therapy to my specific needs for everyday life but mostly for my job. Unfortunately I returned to work and promptly fell. I returned to open and caring arms of the staff. We are again working on my needs specifically for my job and fall prevention. Experiencia fantástica: I was given a list of physical therapy places from my ortho doctor and I found this place because it was close to where I live. I looked on Yelp and noticed they had 5 stars. I could see why because it was an easy process to get registered, appointment times where accommodating and Lindsay, the PT, was excellent. She really listened to me and gave me the appropriate exercises to strengthen my knee. Within 2 months, I was able to get back to playing tennis and mountain biking and work of course. Staff was very friendly. I would return here again if I get injured but hopefully I won't get injured. Thank you guys again.
