Experiencia fantástica: I can't recommend Thomas enough! After a car accident left me in intense pain and with a concussion, I was nervous and unsure about my recovery. From the very beginning, Thomas was so patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He worked with me through those tough early days when I was in a lot of pain and slowly but surely guided me toward recovery. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I feel stronger, more confident, and finally able to return to the gym without fear of re-injury. Thomas didn’t just help me heal—he taught me what exercises to do and what to avoid, empowering me to take control of my fitness and prevent future injuries. I am beyond grateful that I came to this clinic and had Thomas as my therapist. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your well-being and tailors your recovery to your specific needs, Thomas is the one. Experiencia positiva: Excellent Physical therapist. I recommend the individuals who do the work. Critically though, there are failures in administration -- appointments and OVERCHARGED thousands $ in billing. I'm very happy with the therapist there but they overcharged me twice now and the appointments setting and checking in system needs work. It's a remote video system that just does not need to be and had several times no one available. I switched to CA Rehab in Newport Beach and have been happier with their lower rates, administration and PT's there too.

Riley’s approach simply stated: PT+Patient+patience=Successful recovery. None of that repetitive treadmill; each session has become a building block upon the last (hence: no boredom). Lastly, there is a gentle spirit within Riley; his calm demeanor is HUGE as this was my first surgery / PT experience. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome. All fingers+toes & thumbs up!! For reference: super healthy, athletic senior woman who’s never broken a bone (ACL & Meniscus repair).

He is professional and patient to provide treatment and explains step by step during the session. I feel a lot better after 3 sessions of treatment following the home exercise he sent to me. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care I’ve received from Thomas at Evolution in Irvine! Their one-on-one care is thorough, creative, comprehensive, and relational. After a year of feeling stuck with PT for an ACL tear, I’m finally making progress towards my goal of playing soccer again because of their attention to details that have previously been overlooked. I have hope again that I can come back stronger than ever! I feel encouraged to give feedback, challenged to push myself, and encouraged in my PT journey. And, you’re sure to have a good laugh anytime you come in with these guys—what more could you ask for?

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Evolution about 2 months ago to treat a recurring lower back injury originally caused by jiu jitsu. Since working consistently with Riley each week, I’ve gone from near-constant back pain and unable to enjoy my favorite activities (jiu jitsu, lifting, even walking my dogs) to being almost completely symptom free. He listens to and addresses my symptoms / concerns, tracks my progress, and has helped me progress with a mindset of focusing on what I can do rather than what I can’t. The in-office treatments and at home exercises have allowed me to get back on the mat pain free. Would definitely recommend Evolution and Riley specifically for anyone who needs PT treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Having experienced a variety of Physical Therapy facilities I cannot say enough about both Riley and Thomas at Evolution Therapy. I saw Riley within a week of having knee surgery. He offered the perfect balance of compassion and understanding while encouraging me to meet my goals of PT. Both Riley and Thomas’s personal hands-on approach is refreshing after going through multiple facilities where the therapist meets with you for minutes and then passes you off to a junior therapist. They both genuinely care about your progress and work with you every step of the way. I cannot say enough about the two of them and strongly recommend them.

They customized for wherever my aches and pains were ailing me at the time and, more importantly, explained what were were trying to accomplish with each. Great environment at Evolution also with the gym right on premises. Can't recommend them enough!

They even got Riley my PT to talk to me and answer my questions over the phone before making an appointment. I’m dealing with a difficult knee injury, but Riley puts me at ease with his knowledge and patience. He always listens to me and makes me feels cared for as a patient. Experiencia fantástica: This first part of the review is for Riley specifically ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Riley has turned my quality of life around! When I met him, I had honestly turned into a Grinch with a very negative outlook given my chronic pain and non-existent range of motion due to injuries. I had seen MANY chiropractors and physical therapists with little to no lasting improvement. He stands out among all given his listening skills, body mechanics understanding, and precise diagnosis/treatment. My progress was gradual and required consistent at-home work (to be expected). There have been challenging days along the way, for which he has taught me helpful lifelong management strategies. But now I feel so so so much better, stronger, and able to engage in daily activities normally. He is also extremely patient and genuinely cares about his patients. I cannot speak highly enough of him! Now for Evolution PT ----------------------------------------------------------------------- The facility is clean, spacious, and well equipped. There is plenty of parking, and it is conveniently located close to the 405 by the airport. Appointment availability is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Shultz is a fantastic PT, and is especially adept at adjusting your protocol for sport-specific needs. She's knowledgeable, professional, and understands the needs of athletes. Dr. Shultz treats patients at Surf Ready Fitness, which is an ideal setting for any injured surfers out there, or ones with nagging issues that have never been treated. The administrative side of the clinic is outstanding as well; there's never been an issue with scheduling, billing or insurance. Easy 5/5.

Personally, I was in severe pain with a condition similar to sciatica. With her PT program, I was pain free within weeks and working out again. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Physical Therapy clinic in a fun and relaxed environment. The setup inside Surf Ready Fitness is perfect as you also get access to the surf training facility. Evolution physical Therapy team are the best PT you will find with a strong Knowledge of the surfing specific motion and injuries. If you are recovering from an injury or improving specific motion your surfing will definitely feel better and stronger after each sessions. The PT working there have published surf injury research papers as well as treated surf world champions!
