StarPro Physical Therapy in New Rochelle has been treating patients since 2017 and opened this clinic in 2023, the second in the area. We offer many different types of rehabilitation services to relieve pain. No stairs at the front entrance for easy wheelchair accessibility.

StarPro Physical Therapy in New Rochelle is located in the shopping center between Dunkin Donuts and the UPS Store, at the corner of North Avenue and Quaker Ridge Road.

Plenty of parking is available at the clinic. There is parking in the front with no stairs and parking in the back with stairs to the back entrance of the facility.

Whether it’s a high-level athlete rehabbing an injury or an older individual hoping to increase their mobility, Melanie excels in providing personalized care to help her patients meet their goals. Growing up as a dancer, Melanie was always interested in how the body worked and moved. It was after a ballet Injury sent her to PT that she found her true passion. She was so moved by the rehab experience and the ability of her therapist to get her back dancing that she went to Ithaca College and pursued physical therapy. Melanie didn’t totally forget about her roots in ballet as she also became a certified barre instructor. Melanie has been practicing PT in Westchester since 2014 and has a passion for working with local student athletes as the physical therapist for Iona University. It is this connection to the community that has led her to partner with Professional PT to open a second office in New Rochelle, on North Avenue. She looks forward to continuing to help patients of all ages get back to their best. She also has a newfound interest in working with pregnant and Postpartum individuals after recently becoming a mom.

Dr. Allison Scova has been a practicing Physical Therapist for 3 years, but her journey in Physical Therapy first began a decade ago as an intern in an outpatient Orthopedic clinic. Allison grew up playing softball and basketball and remained active throughout undergraduate and graduate school. She is passionate about living a healthy and holistic lifestyle, therefore instilling similar beliefs in her patients is crucial to her treatment methods. During her clinical experiences as a PT student, Allison worked under a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and was immediately hooked on Women's Health. She enjoys helping an underserved population of peri-natal and postpartum women return to their prior activity levels. Her passion to work with athletes remains unchanged and she continues to chase her dream as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist helping athletes of all kinds. Since graduating, Allison has taken continuing education coursework in Posture Restoration, Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR), HW Pelvic Floor 1 and 2, Cervical Spine Management and many more!
