I had been a client of the Del Mar facility over 20 years ago, and after 6 more orthopedic surgeries found myself in extreme pain. The people in this facility are incredibly talented, high energy and very caring. The process is not easy, but well worth the results. I could not give a higher recommendation. Experiencia fantástica: I am an extremely active 64 year old male who has been able to fix his injuries and stay healthy since learning and doing the work/exercises as taught to me by Mita and Brittany at Egoscue Newport Beach. I play competitive tennis 4 days per week, surf, yoga and weight lift the other days. Before Egoscue I was continuously sore and had to deal with sometime major injuries (I came close to opting for back surgery) and many minor injuries. After learning the Egoscue method I have no back pain and rarely am sore. I give all the credit for staying injury free to Egoscue. It is a great investment in your health.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, I was skeptical at first. I mean, seriously: just do these 8 exercises for a week and it will fundamentally change your posture and your pain level? Really? Really. Really really really really really. Brittany and Mita have eagle Egoscue eyes. They see what's dysfunctional about your posture and then they give you exercises to fix it. Get the package of 16. Once you start feeling better, you will want to keep coming so you can keep getting better.
