Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Holistic Physical Therapy & Pilates. Olga and Evellin are both extremely knowledgeable and competent. Olga is very attentive and the exercises she has recommended for me have helped me a lot very quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: Olga was awesome at helping me navigate the few months postpartum. She is thorough and attentive and really understands the person and her needs. She went beyond the physical therapy itself and I appreciated her holistic approach. I would totally recommend her to all new moms! The only downside is that she doesn't work with insurance, but it's all worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Olga is a wonderful physical therapist and has a tremendous amount of expertise in managing pain and inflammation. She leverages a range of techniques including manual lymphatic drainage massage which I was relatively new too and it helped a lot. She has a kindness and empathy for her clients that is remarkable. I did not try the Pilates at the practice so the scope of my review is focused on her PT work.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Olga post breast reduction surgery for Lymphatic Drainage Massages. The massages have been incredibly helpful with swelling and the healing process. Her facility is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Holistic Physical Therapy and Pilates.

Experiencia fantástica: Olga is the best physical therapist I have had so far. She pays attention to my entire body and helps me recognize where and how I am compensating, which might be causing my pain. This awareness is so helpful, I love feeling that I can work with my body rather than feeling out of control. After barely two months of Physical Therapy and Pilates, I was able to stand on my paddle board on vacation! I never would have felt confident to try that before working with Olga and Evellin. I still have more work to do but I know I am making progress!
