Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had multi experience with Rehabilitation centers and Victoria was very hands on with understanding our needs with our family member. We all need remember this is a rehabilitation center wanting your needs to become stronger again. Any additional requirements you have to review what is best for the patient care. Have your family members work as a team to constant observe the care your loved one needs. Every facility has up and down days. Most of ours was handle very well. With patience, determination learning every challenge I believe the outcome to become more understanding for success. Major Thanks to Sandra our case manager, Alma, Ciro, Zudy, Ella, Olivia, Christina, kitchen staff team and many others. We are going to miss you all and grateful for the experience. Please continue to elevate your angel care.

Experiencia negativa: This place was s horrible! They are NOT attentive or caring. The reviews, when you read them, are from employees or family of employees. You push the button and they don’t come for hours, they don’t provide your prescribed medication and if THEY drop them you are out of luck and you will not get your meds. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. If I could give negative stars I would!

Experiencia fantástica: I am here for 2 weeks rehabilitation. lost my rt leg. i arrived here on Monday. i was immediately greeted by a doctor, rehabilitation specialist, and nurse. I was impressed. Daniela Rodriguez Cna, Elias one of many rehab specialists, Hanna and many other nurses, rehab specialists, doctors, cnas, numerous other staff members who made me feel like I mattered. Not once have i heard or seen any worker yell at a patient. they are very empathetic and try to gain your trust. Care is excellent . the entire rooms are immaculate in fact there was a health inspector present and gave the center good rating. I now have been here 1 1/2 wks. I want to give kudos to CNAs Jenny, Raquel, Andy, Hanna working the 2nd and 3rd shifts. They receive a lot of ill will from the patients because they wake them up in the midnight hour to either change their soiled clothes, bedding, or administer injections for antibiotics, insulin, or timely medications. Patients become verbally abusive, unruly yet these staff members and others maintain their composure and calm. They understand that the patients are in pain. I don't know how they do it. The food is very good. I found out most employees are tenured which is a sign that employees love their jobs and stay.

They keep the facility clean and staff turnover is low in fact, when I visited recently I saw a lot of the same employees that were there ten years earlier. Experiencia fantástica: My grandpa came here after having a CABG surgery, we were all afraid of what his recovery would look like, but Victoria Healthcare took care of him. The staff were so sweet and we always saw the same nursing assistants all the time and they grew to know my grandpa which helped him feel more comfortable. The therapy team encouraged my grandpa to push himself every day to progress and that it did. I am very grateful for this facility, and when I have upcoming hip surgery I will come here too.

I did my volunteer service here from when I was in high school nearby. Experiencia fantástica: Best facility and staff at this nursing home in all of Orange County, especially the administrator! I used to work at a skilled nursing facility in Huntington Beach and patients would leave our facility to go to Victoria Healthcare in Costa Mesa. It’s close to the 55 freeway so it’s easy for family members to visit their loved ones while they are staying there. Looks nice, smells good, and the staff is unbeatable.
