I ripped my hammy in Tae Kwon Do and then developed tennis-elbow a week later - I was just going to 'rub some dirt' on it and tough it out but a friend recommended visiting Dr. Lauren. I'm so glad I did as right after the first session, I felt 100% better and shortened my recovery time immensely. I didn't realize that babying a tennis elbow would make it take longer to heal and glad to learn the special exercises to work it out quickly. And she had my hammy ready for a Tae Kwon Do belt test in just 4 weeks! If you have any type of sports or or back issue, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lauren!
