Experiencia positiva: The Primary Care Center is ok depending on who you see. What really annoys me is the fact that their lab is unreliable. Yesterday at 1:45 PM, when they were supposed to be open I was rudely informed the lab was closed for seemingly no reason. I'm probably going to switch my Primary Care after my follow up to somewhere with access to a reliable lab.
Experiencia positiva: The check in process at the Summit Healthplex is fine but my issue is with a person in the laboratory. I’ve been there the last couple of years & get the same unfriendly uncaring service each & every time. No greeting of any kind, no words at all other than calling my 1st name. Every time I go there I get the feeling this person hates her job. A “good morning” goes a long way. Having to have blood work done is a very nerve wracking experience for many people. Just being friendly would help. I remember a technician that worked there for years who was friendly, soothing & perfect for her job. She retired a long time ago but that’s the type of service everyone would like.
