Experiencia fantástica: Vestibular Concussion Therapy for Post Concussion Syndrome I am now 9 months into recovery therapy for post concussion syndrome. Upon my release from the hospital I was not given much direction or help for an injury that typically lasts from 6 months to a year or more. So far my recovery journey has gone pretty much according to that schedule. My symptoms still persist yet they are improving…with brain fog, lightheadedness and some random dizziness being the most noticeable problems yet to be resolved even after almost a year of therapy. Head injuries take time to heal, especially so in the case of post concussion syndrome, but I have found the team of physical therapists at Blue Rose Physical Therapy to be a great group of allies to have in my recovery corner. Raquel Tejada has been an especially valuable physical therapist with her Vestibular Concussion Specialization for helping people recover from concussion injuries. After my accident I felt pretty much on my own and had it not been for Raquel’s proactive and flexible weekly approach to my ever changing physical ailments (neck, upper back and head) along with my persistent symptoms, I’m not sure where I would be today in the healing process. As best as I can tell, I feel I am more than half way through my recovery and I remain hopeful for a full recovery which I’m sure is somewhat slower due to my age. Raquel’s training goes well beyond knowing which exercises my brain and body need throughout the healing process. She informs me with explanations as to why she has me doing what I am doing and how important it is to my recovery. I highly recommend Logan Dockery and Blue Rose Physical Therapy along with his team of therapists who have all helped me on my recovery journey. They are professional, personable, knowledgeable, skillful, patient, kind and very understanding. Regardless of the injury you are recovering from I highly recommend and endorse Blue Rose Physical Therapy. And if you know someone or have a need yourself to recover from a head injury, you won’t go wrong having Raquel Tejada at your side working with you and guiding you on your path back to health!

Experiencia fantástica: Logan and Chelsea are nothing short of miracle workers. The best decision I’ve made in 2024 was signing up with BR running. I feel like the HS version of myself after less than 2 months under their tutelage. I feel stronger, smoother and HEALTHIER then I’ve ever felt as an adult runner. I’d give 20 ⭐️ if it was possible. ????????????????????????

Experiencia fantástica: A friend of mine recommended Logan and his team after years of struggles with shin splits and a stress fracture. Lots of stops and start all overs trying to heal. Logan spent an incredible amount of time looking at my balance, running form, strength and flexibility to determine all my issues that need to be addressed. Logan helped me work on every issue in the kinematic chain to strengthen what needed to be and loosen anything that needed to be. Logan also helped me pick the correct shoes since I had gone through what seemed like ALL other shoes. He also did cupping, massage, and dry needling to decrease pain and improve tissue health. I have been running pain free for 4 months now which hasn't happened in the 7 years I have been running. I want to add that I drove 2 hours one way to see this team and they would schedule my appointments late enough that I didn't miss a lot of work and stay late to see me. Also of note, I am not an elite runner; just an overweight, middle-aged gal so if they can help me, imaging what they can do for you!

He doesn't just follow a formula, he intentionally gets to the bottom of any and all issues that are causing you pain. He's compassionate in his approach, humble in how he deals with patients and extremely knowledgeable. He invests in your recovery and puts his all into finding the perfect plan for your health. We have also hired him as a running coach for our son and are beyond happy with the way he's improved. Logan doesn't just treat this like a job, he treats you like family. I trust him completely and will go to him for all of our PT and running needs.
