Experiencia fantástica: Best physical therapy facility I have been too. Jeremy was constantly adjusting me recovery plan based on what was happening. Showed me what and where the problems were. Explained what was doing what and why. Told me how to make sure I was doing everything right. If an exercise cause cramping or problems he found an alternate option that would target the right area without causing the problems. I looked forward to each appointment because he was helping instructing and teaching me something that would help me manage my situations. He remained flexible at each appointment with how things were progressing. Absolutely no one size fits all at any point throughout my care. It was a good environment to be in. The therapists and aids are friendly caring. Zero attitude on any level. Very very respectful and treated everyone with dignity. I can't say enough how much i am impressed with hope physical therapy. I have been to a lot of facilities. I gave up on physical therapy being of any value. I am glad I gave it one last try and was authorized to go to Hope. I now know what a good physical therapy facility is and what it should be.

Experiencia positiva: This is my first time needing to go to physical therapy. I've been coming here for a few years now since I had a compound fracture of my left ankle. I had a 6-in plate and five screws put into my ankle due to this injury . It was over a year since my injury and I started having complications with the hardware that was in my ankle so the doctors agreed that it was time for it to come out. It was like night and day discomfort in my ankle after having a hardware removed. The large screw had broke which is common cuz those two bones are meant to move and most times it's okay to leave the hardware in unless you're having unforeseen circumstances of additional pain I had fully recovered. The therapist I had was John he was amazing, very informative and even if I wasn't working with him directly at the times doing my exercises he would notice if I was walking by or something he would make comment on noticing something and ask if something else was bothering me . He even was surprised how quick I recovered and got back to full range of motion. I am now going there for my left shoulder which is almost Frozen I am working with John with that as well. I think he's an amazing therapist as well as it's I think kind of cool once we know what exercises we need to do we do those and then work with the therapist. Even with everything with my therapy was going really well but the front office has something to be desired. I recently mentioned my concerns with Michael and regards to the front office and he's aware of certain staff members not being all that approachable. Obviously I'm at the first one to mention how it is to deal with the front office. I know they get really busy and everything since I have worked in an office environment before I can get kind of crazy but there's no excuse not to call people back for days on end. I mean how many times does a client need to call before they get through to somebody it doesn't matter what time of day it's the same story. And this is only gotten worse with them getting more clients. I'm glad they're thriving since Michael said they're the only practice in a 5-mile radius that's family owned. So I know that's a struggle probably but still the office needs to get it together. I only gave as high as I did for stars due to the therapy staff being amazing.

Experiencia negativa: They have a lot of patients. Office is small and does not enough seat for patients. I can’t make appointment via phone,. The receptionist told me that come to their office, and then make appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place full of knowledgeable, helpful physical therapists, assistants, and office workers! They make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and explain if you ask for clarification. Very healing atmosphere with good equipment! I didn't think I could recommend them enough! They bring the right type of pressure to help the healing process along!

Experiencia fantástica: This was the best experience for my grandma. She broke her wrist and got physical therapy here. All staff including the front receptionists were amazing. Everyone looks like they’re happy to work there. My grandma’s wrist got better. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I came here because I was recovering from a left ankle fracture. When I started PT I was not confident and had a complete mental block thinking my ankle would break again, but the team always cheered me on and supported me through my exercises. They always greeted me at the door and always made me feel welcomed. They gave me the confidence and push I needed to continue my everyday life. Thanks again to you Mike and your incredible team!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here from a few months now. The staff are very polite and help you in anyway they can with regards to appointments and doing your exercises. I love this place and would definitely recommend it for anyone needing physical therapy. I went in for a stiff and tilted neck. I am about 60-70% better. I now have exercises to do at home and I am doing them. I have been seeing Michael Cao he is a great physical therapist. Give them a call if you are in need of physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Michael Cao is truly an amazing PT doctor. Caring, gentle, friendly and he can push you a little further along. I went to Hope PT when I fractured three bones in my left arm. Never having this kind of injury before, I was amazed that the soft tissue (nerves, tendons, muscles and facia) all play a bigger part when recovering from fractures. His team is kind, efficient and playful. It feels like a new group of friends who make sure you are progressing. Thank you so much Hope PT!

Experiencia fantástica: The best physical therapy office you will find! My physical therapist over the shears has been John. I have came to them for both my back (2019/2020) and my ankles(2022). With John & Mike’s help I recovered back to 100%. The staff is both amazing and friendly! Although, therapy is not everyone’s favorite they make it enjoyable and it works! It has been a pleasure working with this amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. Cao and his staff for any PT needed. I have had chronic neck pain for almost ten years. After three failed physical therapies at other offices, my physician finally referred me to Hope PT. The front desk staff was very friendly and quickly resolved my referral issue. I met with Dr. Cao for the evaluation. He was professional, caring, and very friendly. He addressed my concerns and explained what caused my pain and my treatment plan. He coached me with easy stretches and later pushed me with exercises to help me with my pain. Each appointment would have about 15 minutes of manual treatment and about 45 minutes of supervised exercising. His team is very caring, proficient, and friendly. Alan always helped me with my exercises and encouraged me to meet my goal. I always feel welcomed and comfortable each visit. The office is very clean and organized. It's been three months, and my neck finally feels alive again. My family also goes to Hope PT for other reasons like back pain, knee pain, etc. I'm so glad to have a great PT office in the area. Experiencia fantástica: I got into a snowboarding accident last year before the COVID lockdown. My doctor strongly recommended Mike at Hope Physical Therapy for rehab. I was in bad shape and Mike took great care of me. He even reached out to me during the lockdown to make sure I was doing okay. Mike and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional. It's been a little over a year now and I'm like new. Thanks Mike!

Experiencia fantástica: Hope PT team is the best! I went there after two failed physical therapies after a shoulder injury which became frozen during Covid lockdown! . I was in extreme pain with almost no use of my arm. Due to extreme pain and muscle tightness, it was crushing my spine which lead to nerve pain. Had to go to neurologist and orthopedic surgeon. As a last ditch effort to avoid any form of surgery, I opted for another round of PT. After much search, I chose Hope PT! Although the therapy was extremely painful abd difficult process, I’m now able to gain about 80% of range of motion after 3 months. If you have frozen shoulder, they tell you it would take 18 months to 2 years to recover. I’m still stretching on my own but Hope PT (Mike and his team) had a big impact on my recovery! Thank you Hope PT team!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed physical therapy after a bicycle accident and the physician recommended Hope Physical Therapy and I had a great experience there! Everyone there treated me with great care, and made me work hard in a friendly environment. On each visit I was given exercises to do and then Mike would work on me - giving my muscles a thorough and great workout! I looked forward to each appointment and made fast progress. I have one issue that I want to continue working on, so Alan made videos of my exercises so that I can continue working on this independently. Six weeks ago I limped into their office. Two weeks ago I walked out feeling great! Thanks Mike, Alan, and all for a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: In late January I broke my elbow in two places and could barely write my name without being in pain. I started going to Hope Physical Therapy in March and I finished in early June. I know I would not have healed as quickly, or as successfully; had I not gone to HOPE Physical Therapy. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, helpful, fun, and encouraging- which makes a world of difference, when they are pushing you to work through some painful things (such as twirling a pool noodle). I cannot recommend this place enough and can honestly say I am going to miss them.

Such a friendly staff, they are fantastic at rehabbing your injury. So helpful, they've given me exercises that totally helped my injuries. Experiencia fantástica: I took my daughter here for physical therapy after she had spinal surgery. The service was very friendly and it felt very welcoming. The therapists were all very nice gentlemen and knew what they were doing. 2 thumbs up!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very impressed with the knowledge and service here. They took their time with my evaluation for the shoulder injury that I have. I received detailed instructions on many different stretches and strengthening exercises. Also was sent videos via email to reinforce and review. Mike is very professional, thorough and has a great happy disposition. Highly recommended!
