Experiencia fantástica: Go by provider expertise and not by large or fancy locations. This practice has caring people, with lots of experience from what I noticed, on my first visit. I'm glad the "big guys" didn't have time to take care of my therapy, which made me end up with Option Therapy. I'm glad it happened.

Helberts Tambley listened to my concerns and accommodated treatment to provide relief instead of additional pain as other companies did. Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with my treatment at First Option Physical Therapy. I went there for a broken wrist. The office located conveniently in Gondola Park, off Capri Isles Bkvd. Parking is easy and plentiful. The office is small, clean, efficient and well equipped. The therapists, Helberts Tambley and Andreas Machulski, are well versed in both traditional PT and some methods that may not be as common here in the US. They only deal with 2 patients each at a time, so you are always attended to. They maintain a tight schedule, so are always ready for you at your appointment time. They are efficient, professional and pleasant. The office manager, Beverly Smith, is always cheerful, responsive and helpful. Scheduling and payments are handled easily. I will be happy to return to First Option if needed, and to recommend it to all.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. I suffered with sciatica for two weeks before I decided on PT. OK, that wasn’t smart…I should have gone week one. Anyway, I tried another therapist a few times and nothing improved. Then I discovered First Option. I called and Beverly got me in the next day ans was so professional and pleasant. There are two therapists there, Helberts and Andreas. Unbelievable. I went a few times and each time it got better and better. After 1 1/2 weeks I was done and back on the golf course. Thank you to all three of you for being such miracle workers!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I ended up fracturing my right wrist and lost movement in it. Helberts and Andreas worked with me to help me gain movement again. The amount of care I received from them was exceptional. They were very patient and caring with me and I knew I was in good hands. Beverly is also very kind and is ready to help you with coordinating appointments that work with your schedule and to answer any questions you might have. I would recommend Helberts and Andreas to anyone needing physical therapy and if I ever need to go again in the future, I know the best place to get the best care possible.
