CT Sports Physical Therapy and Wellness is a sports medicine rehabilitation center specializing in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy. Our highly trained team of therapists offers the most up-to-date, scientific treatment available. We are the only Physical Therapy Practice to carry advanced certifications as Sports Clinical Specialists (SPS) in Norwalk, CT. Our practice is filled with athletes and non-athletes alike, from pre-adolescents to seniors.

We are taking all precautions to ensure your safety and ours through these tough times. If you have a scheduled appointment at our office, please plan to keep this appointment unless you are experiencing symptoms like fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, runny nose, muscle aches and pains, or shortness of breath. If you cannot make your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

In the state of Connecticut, you have direct access to physical therapists, meaning you do not need to go to the doctor for a referral when you are seeking physical therapy.

We strive to provide the best quality care available for our clients. From tailored wellness programs to encouragement and education, our goal is to help you achieve better health.

Experiencia fantástica: Mike diagnosed me with a pinched nerve in my neck, which was the cause of my back pain. Mike treated me over 3 weeks and my pain is now 100% gone, just in time for a hiking trip! I am so thankful I found CT Sports - it was a great experience with a very nice team, and thanks to them I healed up in no time. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been continually impressed with this practice. Now that I have seen both Mike Sebastian and Scott Szemenyei I can confidently recommend this practice! I have had excellent care from the moment I walk in until I leave. Experiencia fantástica: Mike treated my back problems years ago. I was barely able to walk. Mike miraculously solved my pain. Now I returned recovering from a horrific hip replacement injury. Making terrific progress under Scott’s guidance and care. After two years walking with a walker he helped me gain strength and confidence and I am returning to a normal life.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed physical rehab post-surgery for a complete tear of my quadricep tendon. I met with Scott Szemenyei for a consultation and was impressed by his manner, knowledge, and professionalism. I subsequently visited him twice a week for four months and then once a week for another three months. He was outstanding! He was attentive, patient, supportive, tough when needed, and an excellent conversationalist! I am usually quite critical but found little to complain about. I have already recommended CTSports and Scott to numerous people.
