Experiencia fantástica: I've worked with various Physical Therapists rehabbing after surgery or injuries many times. Working with LC at Stabilize has been the best PT experience I've had. LC is an amazing resource, her knowledge and ability to put a program together that works for her patients contributed greatly to my successful recovery from spinal fusion surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing physical therapy for years, working with several physical therapy offices in Orange County. The PT offices I visited worked on volume and I only spent a small percentage of my time with the licensed physical therapist. Most of the time was spent with assistants with little professional training and my progress was limited. Early last year a friend referred me to LC Gorman, the owner and lead therapist at Stabilize Physical Therapy. LC works one-on-one so you get a true professional physical therapist 100% of the time. My experience and progress was amazing. LC is the ultimate problem solver and accurately diagnosed my problem after a thorough review of my medical records, images and interview. Her diagnosis was confirmed by a highly rated orthopedic surgeon, making this a significant breakthrough. Finally, after three years of misdiagnosis, I embarked on an effective physical therapy plan. In addition to eliminating the back pain for the first time in three years, I also improved my core strength, balance, gait and posture. She taught me they are all tied together. I am back to the gym for cardio and weight training, making good progress. It has been several months since I stopped physical therapy. I am holding strong and capable of traveling once again. Experiencia fantástica: I was barely walking with a pain level of 7-9 without being able to stand for more than 5 minutes and decided to listen to my son’s godfather and come to Stabilize therapy (LC). She is so professional and gives you her expertise and knowledge one on one for one hour. I now can walk with little to no pain up to 1/2 mile -with a pain level of 0-2 and will only get better - she has given me the exercises to continue at home with which I religious practice! SHE TRULY IS AN ARTIST FOR YOUR BODY and I highly recommend her ..She was not in my insurance and worth ever penny !!!! I will forever be grateful to The Godfather who recommenced this place and to the healer LC !!!! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: LC helped me to rehab my separated shoulder while building core strength for surfing, skiing, and mountain biking. Her professionalism and healing spirit made for a thorough recovery. I especially liked her work with the red cord system combined with core pilates. I would highly recommend her care to any serious athletes looking to improve their overall performance or to rehabilitate an injury.

Experiencia fantástica: LC/ Stabilize is as good as it gets! I’ve had multiple spine surgeries and have seen a LOT of supposedly the best physical therapists. None compare, not even close. LC understands the biomechanics of the body and incorporates this with personal hands on approach. Her methods are not your average PT office that hands you a paper with exercises to do on your own, it’s her working directly with you. I could rave on and on. I was disabled for years before finding her. She took me from horrific chronic daily disabling pain to today I play full contact sports. Gave me my life back!
