Experiencia fantástica: Having been a member at Evolution Physical Therapy and Fitness for over a year, I can confidently say it's the best gym experience I've ever had. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but also takes the time to understand each individual's unique needs, from addressing specific pains to helping achieve personal fitness goals. Since joining, I've witnessed the gym's phenomenal growth - from an increase in membership to an expanded range of equipment and classes. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. My personal fitness journey saw significant improvements here. However, after an injury during a competition, their integrated physical therapy services became a lifeline for me. Their attentive approach ensured a smooth transition back into training, offering tailored exercises that considered my injury. My injury led to weight gain, prompting me to try their nutrition program. I've experimented with numerous diets over the years, but theirs stood out with its efficacy. In just three months, I shed 15 lbs. Lastly, I can't end this review without commending Brian, the owner, coach, and therapist. He embodies everything that makes this place exceptional - he's kind-hearted, always in high spirits, and genuinely listens to everyone's concerns. His proactive approach to offering advice and help is commendable. Brian's team reflects his ethos. If you're considering joining, I wholeheartedly recommend it. This place is stellar, and Brian is its heart and soul.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined the transformation program last year. I’ve met great people and have my own custom fitness & nutrition program - it’s a step up and I now use weights and do way more cardio plus I incorporated it successfully into what I already did outside this program so it’s a level up of activity. I’ve learned so much safely - I had never lifted weights regularly so I had to learn and progress. It’s about going it safely and with correct positioning. Plus! Any time my motivation waivers (bound to happen) Brian gets me through the dip or plateau and we shift a gear! I’ve def noticed results - my body comp changed and I feel so much stronger and better about my body image.
