My grandmother, admitted to your facility from Norwalk hospital. I knew her time with you would be limited as she started her end of life process while at the hospital. The hospital experience was absolutely terrible… so stressful and upsetting. That all changed for me when she got to your facility.

I have worked in a nursing home since 2010 (music therapist here!). I became a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Colorado in 2018. I have to tell you, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but based on your five star rating I figured you guys would be worth a shot. To say that I am pleased with her care is an absolute understatement.

First and foremost, your nurse Mayanda (not sure if I am spelling that right) Is such a beautiful human. Not only was she attentive, caring and loving to my grandmother but she was all of those things and more to me as a grieving granddaughter. I slept better knowing my grandmother was being looked after by her. I do not have words to express my gratitude, I’d snatch her up on a heart beat to come work with me! People like her make our facilities successful because of how loving and genuine they are.

Second, James your unit manager. He was absolutely fantastic and I felt confident he would direct her care in congruence with my wishes 100%. Your CNAs, I did not catch all of their names, but I specifically remember Danielle, were also calm and willing to do whatever my grandmother needed to be comfortable without any hesitation. Rafael and Raymond in admissions were also very pleasant and very easy to work with.

Your facility was welcoming, calm and so clean! I wish my grandmother could have been there longer simply because I just loved being there. Also your residents are SO sweet and fun.

I have been on the provider end of this for so many years I never knew how hard it would be to be a family member experiencing this kind of loss.
