Rehabilitation Associates - Westport

Our Westport Office is located on the Post Road in Westport, Connecticut. We are close to both the Merritt Parkway and Interstate 95. We are located on a major bus route. Transportation within Westport and to and from the surrounding communities is available for people who are elderly or disabled through the Norwalk Transit District. The American Red Cross also provides transportation service for medically-related appointments. Taxi services are available as well. 1. I-95 North (Connecticut Thruway going toward New Haven): a. Take Exit 18. At the top of the ramp, go left toward Westport. You will continue through several stoplights until you cannot go any further (there is a strip mall in front of you). You are not at the Post Road.

b. Turn left onto the Post Road and proceed along Post Road East for roughly 0.2 mile. You will see a car dealership coming up on your right. At this point make sure you are in the left lane.

c. Before the stoplight at the corner, you will see a special lane that will allow you to make left and U-turns. Get into that lane. A left turn will take you into the driveway of our building (two-story white wooden building set back from the road with a lawn sign saying “Westport Medical Center: An Affiliate of St. Vincent’s Medical Center.”)

2. I-95 South (Connecticut Thruway going toward New York): a. Take Exit 18. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right toward Westport. You will continue through several stoplights until you cannot go any further (there is a strip mall in front of you). You are now at the Post Road.

3. Merritt Parkway North (going toward New Haven): a. Take Exit 42, the Westport/Weston exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Weston Road. Go straight on Weston Road through a stoplight. (You will see “Daybreak Nursery” on your right.)

b. You will immediately come to a stop sign along with a blinking light. Continue through the intersection on Weston Road. You will soon come to another stop sign on Cross Highway (where you can proceed no further on Weston Road). Make a left onto Cross Highway.

d. Continue down Roseville Road for a little less than 2 miles. You will come to a stoplight (McDonald’s is on your right). This is Post Road East. Make a left turn onto Post Road East.

e. Just past the Gulf Station turn right into the driveway of 728 Post Road East (two- story white wooden building set back from the road with a lawn sign saying “Westport Medical Center: An Affiliate of St. Vincent’s Medical Center”).

4. Merritt Parkway South (going toward New York): a. Take Exit 42, the Westport/Weston exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Weston Road. Go straight on Weston Road through the stoplight (you will see “Daybreak Nursery” on your right).
