Sutter Walk-In Care - Novato

Experiencia fantástica: I was pretty sick and didn’t know where to go on a weekend, and my sister mentioned this walk-in clinic. I was able to get an apointment the day of and all the staff treated me very nicely, especially Valarie. I was able to get all my medications at the pharmacy the same day as well. Highly recommend for anyone needing immediate help. :)

Experiencia fantástica: My first encounter with Sutter Walk-In Care was superb. Attractive, clean, welcoming facility with staff that goes above and beyond. I was admitted early (during their lunch hour) for a flu shot, and then I received a telephone call the next day from Novato staffer Mary to let me know I could get a Covid booster that afternoon at a near-by Sutter facility. Truly thoughtful, truly helpful. Gold stars!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I received very good care from physician assistant Jenny. She listened well, explained things well, and was very knowledgeable. The receptionist was pleasant (and brought me a glass of water). The medical assistant was pleasant. Highly recommend.
